Cynthia Limon: Great place to deliver materials. I showed up at 1030, and they had the trailer unloaded in about 5 minutes. There's plenty of room on the property to maneuver and back into the dock. The customer is very quick and friendly. I'd definitely go back. Receiving hours are 0800 to 1400.

Hired for a second job and they turn down the work because they of previous issued caused by them. They have lost what good reputation they once had, over priced and under skilled labor now. Don't use.

Rob Vander Sloot: Looks Better Than I’d Hoped but Cleanup was an Issue.I love my shower glass and frame that was installed by Vos. The installers were friendly, on time, and finished the job relatively fast.However, cleanup was very poor. The installers cut the metal frame in the driveway just outside of the garage, which I assume is normal. The problem is that they didn’t sweep up their mess. My entire garage floor and part of the driveway was littered with metal shavings. Easy enough for me to clean up, but very disappointing.[UPDATE] The best way to evaluate a company is to see how they respond to issues/mistakes - things don't aways go perfectly. Vos has responded quickly to my complaint and has made things right. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

FedEx still hasn’t received the package. No word from Better Bevel. I contacted Amex and got my money back.

James Glodosky: I recently experienced a broken rear view mirror on my Subaru and was immediately concerned that this would involve costly replacement costs at my car dealership. After some research, I came across a do-it-yourself option. I ordered a replacement mirror made by Burco Inc. The part comes safely packaged and comes with installment instructions. The company also provides an instruction video and additional help information. The product itself includes very helpful instructions.When I ordered, I was unaware my vehicle year had two possible size options, and ordered the wrong size. The company advises you how to measure your OEM but I had entered only my Vehicle model and trim without taking that step.I contacted the Burco Company and have been extremely pleased with their customer service. A representative with the Company named Leah contacted me by phone and provided the kind of customer service that seems rare these days. Leah arranged for me to receive a replacement mirror in one day.Leah delivered an extremely high level of customer service that I wish all companies provided. Thank you to Leah. I could not be more pleased with Burco!

About 80% cheaper!!

Ryan Whiteside: I can’t say enough good things about Burco 5673 Passenger Side Mirror Glass and the backplate that goes with it, the Redi-Connect Mirror 3810-KIT. After my mirror and backing plate was knocked out of side view mirror assembly of my 20177 Chevy Volt, I took it to a couple autobody repair shops that either wanted over $400 to replace the whole assembly or over $100 to try and replace the glass and backing plate. I found the Burco replacement mirror off eBay easily enough, but the seller warned me that without the backing plate it may vibrate excessively. He recommended the Burco 3810-Kit to sell me for just a little over $10, but I had already contacted Burco who offered to send me the kit completely free to try as a consumer (usually the just sell to professionals/companies). It worked great and was easy for even myself to install and only took a few minutes. Thanks so much Burco!

Stan Hutchison: I purchased a left side mirror , PART NO 4453BC, for a 2012 Lincoln MKX. The Ford Edge is their equivalent. It was a perfect fit. I cleaned the old original mirror and used double sided tape Burco provided and stuck it directly to (over) the original mirror. I was careful to place the proximity LED window over the original window. It was a very easy install and every thing works; perfect fit.

Who ever is answering the phone has a horrible attitude and needs to check how they talk to potential customers. I did not, and will not use this company.

Shane Beach: Was quoted an approx (Reasonable) price on the phone on a piece of glass so I out of my way to bring in a a the piece of glass I needed duplicated. The owner Keith took the order at the counter then laughed in my face on the the price I was told I was quoted over the phone saying it won’t be that but I’ll have Katie call u with a price. They call and it’s literally 4x’s HIGHER than what was quoted. Furthermore they tell me I must have miscommunicated?? Well done Keith you were about as excited to see a customer at your counter as as child being send to their room, laughed in my face and could care less. Guess you’re so rich you don’t need customers coming in because you made it clear I was wasting you time. If you don’t have a big expensive project don’t waste your time with Norbert and the owner Keith but beware on the price they quote to get you in the door then increase it 4x’s higher

Brad Knoth: It was time to do away with the shower curtains into separate fiberglass shower stalls in our home we built 10 years ago. I researched all the options on my own and then went in store to three separate locations including Norbert’s. At Norbert’s the store and people provide a family atmosphere and everyone knows exactly what they’re talking about. They patiently took me through all of the options and considerations and then did an on-site evaluation with measurements prior to quoting. I was particularly concerned about fit and finish and I am happy to say the final solution is flawless. Everything is tight and right and square with smooth operation and great aesthetics. Price was well explained and fair. Other options that appeared less at first quickly rose in price when considering total cost. Very happy with the whole process, people and product and install we received.
