Sent drivers to get the car 2.5 hours away and had all the details worked out without me even having to come in. When I did come in to finalize the deal, he made sure I understood everything and made sure to answer all my questions, and even helped me shop for insurance. I would 100% recommend him to everyone. Pamela Rose: It's been my experience that purchasing new vehicles from Stan is entirely effortless. Body work at the collision center was really great after a massive deer accident. Dan in service is right on his game and probably responsible for customer retention but not compensated accordingly. Warranty office took one month to mail my reimbursement paperwork to GM. GM tells me the office never even sent it to them and I have to start over from scratch. Apparently I'm not the first they say. No more new cars from Wenzel. Too much frustratio

Rachel P: We were supposed to have free oil change on our account as negotiated with our lease. It wasn’t on the account. We talked to the salesman we worked with and he said he would look into it and contact us back ASAP. We never heard back. The guy in service who was helping us with the oil change came out to see what was going on. He said he would try to contact them. We waited an additional 45 minutes (it was already 1.5 hours). We finally found the service guy again who said “oh yeah. It’s been done and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so you need to pay”. We paid, but we will never be coming back to this dealership. Still haven’t heard back from the salesman. It should never take 2.5 hours for an oil change. We have never been so disrespected or had such terrible service. Could not be more dissatisfied with this and will be making sure nobody we know ever comes to you.

Nate Vander Stelt: The vehicle was in for an oil change. I made a note to check for an oil leak, which was done. An estimate was provided and appreciated. However, nothing was said in the multi-point inspection that two lights that were out. One added item that could have been checked but was the AC, which is not working. A couple of missed opportunities to check and recommend service.

Gabrielle Price: Beyond disappointed in my experience with this dealership. They have dropped the ball too many times, the latest being that my vehicle was never submitted as certified pre-owned to GM. The only reason I found out is because it stalled out on me (after only 3 months) due to a bad alternator. Seeing as how I don't live in GR I had it towed to my local Chevy dealer, and they couldn't pull up my warranty information in the system...This has caused me to be without my vehicle longer than necessary and I am not happy about it! Mistakes happen, but this is completely sloppy and unacceptable!

Teresa Nord: I was very pleased with the people I dealt with and the work that was done. But bases on the quotes from other places (that I just couldn't get into as soon) I spent so much more w you. I appreciate you getting me in. But as a single person the cost was difficult.

The final cleaning needs improvement, dust smudges on the interior where they got in and out of the truck. Buffing compound or wax streaks missed on tailgate after final wash. They need a final inspection before returning the vehicle back. Tim S. apologized for the delay and was great to work with. It’s just the little details that were missed.
