He took me to one that had a lift kit and told me to get in it. Then out...how easy was it? Not very as I am short. So I changed my mind on that. We did buy a golf cart and they will have it delivered.

Chris Gardenour: Horrible experience...Ordered a seat was told it was going to ship directly to our home..it never came, however we were having brake lights put on by us golf cars so we called to set up an appointment, bring it right in they tell us..oh and we have your seat here we'll put that on too..okGet there and were told another employee sold our seat to someone else but they'll get us another one..Take the cart to service to get the work done and they say it will be a week before they can get to it. (Why did they have us bring it then)..so we leave it and call a week later and they havent touched it..they tell us they will get someone right on it..ok..Couple days later we call again, they say they will check on it and call us right back..they never did..We call again o ly to find out that they can't get to it right now cause they have pr6 with something else..ok were just gonna come get it..Go pick it up and at some point they had taken some pieces off it and just laid them back in place with out putting the pins in.. thank goodness we didn't lose any part on our 50 mile journey back home..Then they wanted us to sign a release form...For what , they didnt do anything..Never again..Very poor service..

Lloyd Ingersoll: I took my ezgo workhorse to CartSmart early this spring because it had no Spark even after I had installed new igniter box, coil,and spark plugs. 3 months later and $700.00 invoice for replacing the same parts (with additional timing belt ) then they told me they had done everything they could think of and they showed me they could get the cart to run only after cranking it over constantly for about 5 minutes and running the battery dead then hooked up a charger and cranked it for a few minutes more before it finally started.So I regretfully paid my $700.00 ( I negotiated down from $1000.00)I brought it home yesterday and I can't get it started again.You should also know that I had many..manyconversations with them to explain the work I had already done and they still replaced those parts and changed me for them.That was my experience....They told me "they didn't like to work on older carts because they were to difficult to figure out "My cart is a 2002 vintage, So I would recommend that you don't bring an older cart to them for repair.

Jeremy Pohl: Today we picked up a dirtbike for my son, Don was great to deal with. Last summer I was fixing a quad for a friend and they went above and beyond to make it happen, great experience.

James Mellen: I was required to pay for my Massimo TB 750 in full (almost $16,000) at time of order. Unit came in two months later. This dealer is friendly and eager to sell including giving me the “Christian business spin”. Unit was hard to start. The general manager said it takes time to break in. Now December 28 th after a new starter, ECU and three cams it starts great. I had this work done at another dealer in the Detroit area two hours drive from my home. Also, the GM said the shifting is just hard and sticks. My Unit needed a new shift lockout cable. Further he said if I had them install a remote winch control the dash switch would not work... you can’t have both. Not only can you have both but it was supposed to be delivered with the remote control. The unit had two oil leaks upon delivery and screws and bolts Missing in at least four areas. The unit was delivered a full quart short on oil (out of three quarts). The GM said they looked over every unit from top to borrow because of known Massimo quality control issues. The air filter had a loose foam sleeve covering only half the pleated filter below. They either never examined the air filter or thought it was ok. I’m not sure which is worse.I rarely, if ever, have given a one star review. They are almost always fours or fives. But in this case one star is more than generous. The other dealer who fixed my unit will be receiving a well deserved five star review. I could go on but I have said enough. Do yourself a favor and buy your side by side from a knowledgeable and conscientious dealer.
