Coercri Seareach: This is the best place to get good gyro in Grand Rapids. After moving here I was in withdrawal missing my old gyro place. I was so lucky to find them. The food is amazing and the portions are very generous. Service has always been great. I wish they were open on weekends to address my cravings. Their garlic sauce is to die for. I've gone there several times just to get the sauce and pita. Service has been a little inconsistent for us, sometimes they are really on top of it and other times slow... last weekend super slow and got our meal wrong. They were quick to correct the error though and frankly even the wrong order is AOK and worth waiting for because everything Parsleys makes is delicious!

Good Bear: Yes, the place is an old drive-thru restaurant and looks rough, tattered and worn. Prices on the menu board were taped over rather than redone with updated prices. However, the food coming out certainly was the opposite of the outside appearance of this place. Passing through the area and looking to eat something not fast food, we found this place on Google. Good reviews gave us courage to try, and we are glad we did. Had the Regular Gyro (Beef-Lamb) Pita ($7.99) and it was fantastic. Lots of meat, soft pita, and mild but tasty tzatziki sauce and a few onion slices. Plus, no mess; the sauce did not drip out at all. Also had Baklava ($1.50). Not overly sweet, very good. Next time I am in the area and in need of a pita fix, I wouldn't hesitate to stop by to see Mr. Gyros again.
Edgar Calderon: They got seems like he's trying his best to make the food, I've been trying different dishes every time I go and do far my favorite is the platter but pretty much everything is good. The building is small with only a few seats and the ladies behind the counter were very nice. It's set up like a build your own with plenty of choices. Michael Negoescu: I was very disappointed on two fronts. First the price. Way overpriced for what you get. Even where I live in ca is more affordable. Second mediocre food. The fried Kibbee was soggy not crispy on the outside. The mini stuffed breads were microwaved reheated which is nothing compared to the real freshly made. The babaganoush was just ok , the bread that came with it was from a pre bought bag. Again such a disappointment especially for the price you pay. I would never go there again on my work trips.
T “Boots”: In a time when prices are astronomical and portions are smaller, which consumers are accepting, the expectation is taste and service should shine. My 20.00 Sammi combo was very bland and cold. I had enough pita and veggies leftover to make another sandwich, luckily I cooked Lamb for dinner Monday. My point is I used to have enough sandwich to cut in half, not this time. Will I eat there again, probably because I have been eating their gyros since Sammi was making them out of a corner store on Wealthy! Will I spend 20.00 on a combo? Absolutely not, speedway beverage and McDonald's value fry is still less expensive

Andrea Dewey: Food is delicious and we’ve loved going there for years, but they changed how you order so you can’t see the sandwich as it is prepared, they switched from Coke to Pepsi, and prices have gone up drastically. It was $45 for three sandwiches (one was a combo). The prices were high to start, but that’s outrageous. Unfortunately we won’t be able to eat there anymore with prices that high.

Ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken appeared to be the chicken that didn't sell the week before. Check your food before leaving if your order is to go. Very disappointed because my two previous visits were good. Quality has definitely gone down and I could never eat here again after my last experience.

Mike Krammen: Was visiting family in Michigan this summer and stopped here after we got done with the mall. I purchased a gyro fountain drink and four falafel's. It was kinda expensive however I did not mind at all, I cant remember the total of the bill but it was well worth it. The gyro was huge and was able to include feta cheese on it total done deal. The Falafel was really good as well I shared with my mom and it was her first time trying the ball of goodness and she thought they were terrific as well. If you want a good gyro and some good falafel this is the place. The employees were nice and the food is amazing. I'm from Chicago and so is my family I know awesome food and this place is awesome.

Christina Huynh: Stumbled across this place and was so glad that I did. Delicious food in generous portions! The baba ghannouj was so creamy, smoky, and flavorful. The chicken in the shish tawook wrap was juicy and perfectly charred. Their homemade fluffy pita was absolutely delightful with the fresh garlic sauce. C Smith: Probably one of my favorite restaurants in GR. Food is amazing and fresh. Prices have raised significantly so we don't get to visit as much when it's around $40 for 2 for fast casual takeout. Staff will often take their time to acknowledge you're there but the owner is really nice. Street parking only but it's usually not bad if it's not rush hour. Don't sleep on this place, it is really good! Just don't expect it to be cheap!
Juan Puentes: Fast Service if you need to get a quick bite and also Very Cold AC inside which is perfect if you are walking during a sunny day around town.Now for food; love the Pita Steak Shawarma. Simple toppings, garlic sauce and come with great bread. Greek fries are perfectly fried.Always enjoy this place.
Taji Davis (Taj): Got the Falafel Rice Bowl and the rice wasn’t cooked all the way. This is my first time ordering and I’m never ordering from here again. Flavors were decent (5/10) but they were also a lil stingy with the sauce. I honestly tried eating it, but no. I’m also from Chicago so I may be a lil harsh.

Raven G: 1st in person visit, I ordered the veggie sampler. I must admit I didn't think I'd get full but I couldn't even finish half of it! Service was exceptional!!! Chef was very helpful and informative of the dishes offered on the menu. The sampler consist of a variety of ingredients and a great mix adding a variety of flavors with every spoon!! B Siggers: I ordered the O.G. I normally get it from BOSNA Express. Ordered from Zivio maybe 3 times total since it opened because it’s en route to my place of employment. I was so excited to eat my lunch. Opened the styrofoam container and the first bite almost ruined it for me. I thought nah, took another bite, third bite.. SAME THING!!! Normally they are so meaty and full of vegetables. Today it tasted as though I ordered at Tomato and Onion Gyro. What happened to the meat? Is this what I now have to look forward to. I wasted $33. I’m so very disappointed.
Tim Kennedy: One of our favorite local spots. The quality of food and service you get here will always be above and beyond. We came for some light fare and a drink and it hit the spot! Jon Harrison: We went out early on a Friday night and we’re able to get seated at Zivio which was a new restaurant to us; by the time we left there was a line waiting to get seated and this was well deserved. We were very pleased with dinner; we had gyros and the taco trio. The bread was very good as well. We will definitely go back as the menu looked full of other great choices.
Roselyn Charles-Maher: Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Zivio. Tonight, we had single moms and married moms, widows, teachers, friends. We had a great dinner at Winchester and headed to Zivio for a cocktail. It was busy so we found stools. We had two of us standing behind the stools. A waitstaff asked us if we could "compress" as we were in the way of servers running food. We were apologetic and did our best not to be in the way. We ordered drinks, paid for them, and continued to giggle and enjoy the night. Before we knew it, a bartender told us that customers were complaining about us being in the way. He also told us he voided our drinks. And then he walked away. It was shameful as the restaurant was staring at us. We had no idea what we had done wrong.This same group of women had come before, ordering the peach Sangria and enjoying time out of our homes. We will not be returning and will ensure that others know of this experience. We didn't deserve it.

Doug Wanoy: Food and service was excellent! When I visited, it was crowded and I had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated at a table, and the food took about 45 minutes from order to being served. However, my server was very attentive and made sure my drinks were topped off, and the manager made sure to be transparent about when my food would be ready. I overheard the kitchen manager being verbally abusive to the wait staff over how many orders they were getting. I have a hard time giving 5 stars to a place that treats their employees this way and the long wait time for the food also dings the score. Would definitely recommend Zivio for take-out as their food is excellent!

Sarah Sting: If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I was blown away by how delicious it was. We got feta dip appetizer which even my toddler loved. I got a vegetarian platter and my husband got the lamb dip, both were absolutely amazing. Our server was also very friendly. 100% would eat here again.

Both dishes were very tasty and filling. We had the Nutella Cheesecake for dessert, highly recommended! The smoothest/creamiest cheesecake we’ve ever had! Charity Lytle: Everything on the menu looked amazing so it was hard to decide! I got the Fiery Feta with their homemade "improbable" gyro meat which was very much like typical gyro meat. I think the bread is made in house too. Fries are some of the best I've had in town (extra crispy in a good way) They had a high chair and booster seat available for kiddos and immediate seating at 4:30 for us old folks ;) I did not expect the price point either - very reasonable. Exceptional service and experience all around! Mark Stewart: this place had some bumps when first opening. But you can not beat their gyros-- the owner/cook is Sammy- former owner of Pita House. He and his wife work the line- they are sweet and friendly, and a little slow /disorganized as far as pumping the food out. But they clearly care about each thing they make- they love to hear feedback, and appreciate that you are a customer. I eat here 1-2 times a week-- really like this place.Update- They streamlined their processes long ago and there's literally nothing I can say negative about the place. Over the years I have tried many things on the menu and each time it was great.Parking: It's located in a strip mall with plenty of parking- It's behind a car wash so not easy to see from 44th. Pretty easy to get in and out.
