Tom Horrigan: Excellent Doctors and Staff! Highly recommend.
Jordan Cousins: The doctor refused an emergency room visit and told us to visit his office in the morning. We called ahead to be sure and they refused to see us. We went anyway, and he lied about the wound and potential healing/scarring issues, then proceeded to charge an outrageous amount for two visits where he and his staff did nothing other than give attitude. Disgusting place, honestly.
Shannah Shaver: Dr Luce did a great job on two surgeries on my hands! He was pleasant to talk to and very gentle too.
Sue Collins: He was totally awesome with me. Did an amazing job fixing my hand. Absolutely no scar. You can't tell where incision was.
Jeff Goodrich: The doctor didn’t even listen to me. I extensively explained to Dr. Luce how my hand goes numb when working on the computer or riding my bike for instance within minutes if I’m not wearing the brace, and my hand is totally numb and unusable. He told me to “get rid of the brace and just live my life”, otherwise I should abandon the only thing that alleviates the pain and numbness that has been progressively getting worse for the last year and a half. He said he wouldn’t give me a corticosteroid shot because he “just met me today”. Well sir, that is what the medical records are for, and that is why I was there! I don’t just go to the doctors office because I get a kick out of it. Complete waste of time and the only thing he did was insult me. I demanded my co-pay back because he did absolutely nothing for me and made sure to take extra x-rays to soak my insurance good for it.
Gerald Vanderstel: Excellent staff with great communication between each other. Dr. Luce was friendly, informative , and communicated well. He took time to explain everything including my options for treatment. I would highly recommend this location !

rosie Tangorra: My first experience was in 2020 when I had Carpel Tunnel surgery done on both hands done by Dr. Lovell. It was easier than any other surgery I have had and there are no scars to be seen! Amazing.I recommend this practice to all. BTW, as a bonus, the office is just beautiful.
Mark Fleser: Great place! Everyone very friendly! Dr. Lovell explained the procedure i was to have on my finger in great detail so i was very comfortable with the decision to have the procedure done.
Gregg Bartel-Bailey: Very professional. The were running behind "a little bit". That turned out to be just over an hour. Being a private practice, this didn't surprise me. Typically private practices will go over because they make sure they answer all questions and concerns no matter how long it takes---at least good ones do. On the other hand, at big clinics or hospital clinics, they work hard to get you in on time, but at the cost of making sure everything gets addressed. At these locations doctors get graded on number of appointments. You can't get something for nothing. The only thing I wish good private practices would do is call folks to let them know things are backed up once it gets to be an hour or more. As far as my visit, I was given a number of option, with the benefits and risks associated with each. None of them were pushed on me. I am very glad my primary car doctor picked this practice for my issues.
Liz Laisure: Dr. Lovell, Nick and staff are very personable and caring! My appointment was scheduled fairly quickly after my referral. The office is beautiful. I didn't have to wait to see Dr. Lovell. I was able to get xrays in the office. Dr. Lovell explained the images, asked questions, and listened to my concerns. I really appreciate his expertise and patience!

Queen Crafts: I had a trigger finger release procedure done by Dr. Randy Lovell. Him and his staff was very professional and down to Earth. His office is very well decorated and organized. His assistant Crystal is an absolute sweetheart. Andrew the medical assistant was also cool. Andrew took my stiches out at the follow-up. I highly recommend this doctors office for any hand specialty needs. Dr. Lovell allowed me to play some jazz on my cell phone during my procedure so I wouldn't be so nervous. The procedure was fast and I had no infection or problems afterwards. Excellent service!

Travis Hazen: Dr. Lovell is an amazing doctor, his staff is great at what they do and Dr Lovell himself is very talented. Scheduling didn't make you wait 6 weeks, and when diagnosed, Dr. Lovell lays your options out and asks what you want to do. Any future orthopedic problems and I'm requesting a referral to Dr Lovell before anywhere else.

My daughter is a normal preteen, a bit socially awkward, and the gentleman that saw us before Dr. Lovell had her laughing and opening up. They were very conscientious about possibly causing pain when unwrapping her bandage. It was just so refreshing. They treated her and myself with such respect. Would absolutely recommend anyone who needs their services to come here.

Micah Zakarzecki: Dr and medical staff were excellent. When it came to billing, the office staff were terrible at understanding insurance. My policy contains a PCA which the first secretary didn't didn't seem to know anything about and kept giving me an ever changing list of reasons why I had to pay the entire cost out of pocket. Finally, she got the other secretary who claimed to be the "insurance expert" and she also didn't know how my policy worked and demanded I pay everything out of pocket. I ended up having to have my insurance contact them and hassle them for a refund. The insurance agent even commented that the staff were wildly incorrect and the hassle should never have happened. Be careful dealing with this office, make sure they understand how your insurance works ahead of time. Luckily I was just there for a minor visit!

Don Crouch: Very caring straightforward and compassionate, one of the few medical offices that I have visited that were ahead of time. I was half hour early and was done fifteen minutes after appointment was to start. I drove 150 miles to see if there was anything that could be done I have had three lumbar surgeries elsewhere and was told that was all that they could do. OHM specifically Dr Scott Russo said he could repair my back, but as in any back surgeries there is no guarantee and he made sure I understood this before moving on. They are very concerned about overall health if thier patients.Dr Scott Russo and team did a great job reworking my back.Laura Stevenson was very prompt on my 6 week post op and everyone in the office is extremely pleasant.Laura and Dr Russo were very compassionate at my sixth month appointment. I listened to the team and the dos and do nots and followed them. I had a good report. Would recommend the Dr Scott Russo team. I traveled 130 miles to get the surgery and would do twice that knowing what I know.

Addison Council: My fiancé went there for a cast on his hand and Dr. Livingston was super rude to him at every appointment. We had to wait an hour most times in the waiting room for our scheduled appointment. My fiancé asked a few questions at the last appointment about his hand and how it was healing, and Dr. Livingston made a few comments about how my fiancé needs to stop asking questions and that his questions were enabling his "disability." My fiancé asked for clarification about what he meant, and Dr. Livingston said that his "anxiety disability" is making it harder on him. It was completely out of line and rude for him to assume that my fiancé had anxiety and then referred to normal questions as a disability. After that, my fiancé asked if he had to wear his splint more, Dr. Livingston grabbed his splint and threw it across the room and rudely said no. Needless to say, we will not be going to Dr. Livingstons office ever again.
Irina K: Was never able to get an appointment. The front desk is never there, she misinforms a lot and doesn't keep her promises. Dr. Livingston talked to me once on the phone and sounded rather rude and irritated. Overall sounds like incompetent people to deal with.

Ethan Stygstra: Went in for a silver, waited an hr to be seen 3mins and argued with me about everything, location of wound when entry n swelling are clearly visible, the angle of xrays, the object itself, was very unprofessional so I walked out. Was banging on windows when I walked by outside....I am going to send a bill for my time.

Kim vanzyll: I had a breast mastectomy with reconstruction. He and his staff are absolutely amazing. He is straight up with what is happening, and his expectations for your surgery. I had the greatest compliment from my oncologist on how amazing my surgery looks as you would never be able to tell I ever had a mastectomy. The oncologist was very impressed, and says he sees on average many botched breasts surgeries. If breast work is in your future, this is the team for you!!!

Melissa Willis: Initially I felt Dr. Livingston was not very understanding and felt a bit of judgement. However when I went in for surgery Dr. L and the staff at Lacks surgical center were exceptionally great! Dr. Livingston was much different and the nurse I had was amazing! I think my first visit I may have misjudged Dr. L and I now would recommend him to family and friends. The repair of the tendons have been healing great and he saved the use of my finger. Great Doctor!
