I have a resident who has multiple appointments each week and through other transportation services, she gets a new driver each time and they are not always personable. At first I was worried until we met Forrest, he made everything an amazing experience. Jasper would come home happy and loving that he got to sit next to Forrest instead of at the back of a big bus and listen to music. Jasper would get asked about his day by him and when the last day of school hit it was bittersweet for both Forrest and Jasper. Hoping that we get Forrest again next school year. They were there in 7 minutes. This would have been a $30 plus cab ride. They only got 1 star but if there was a negative they would be getting it! PATHETIC! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

No notification, no call or communication. Luckily I was able to catch an uber to get to work on time. brad demott: On my way to work on m-37 (Broadmoor Ave) bus 112 decided to ride out the fast lane, Until it ended. I was in the slow lane behind another vehicle. This driver apparently felt he needed to be in my spot instead of falling in line. He almost put the bus in the median. Then proceeded to honk at me as if i did something wrong. Then a half mile down the road i put on my blinker to turn into a local business. He laid on his horn again. Honestly i don't get how a person like that is given a job transporting people. That behavior is unacceptable. I made a call to the company, Had to leave a voicemail. Not sure if i will get a call back. But will continue to try. This person should not have that job.

Nick Johnson: Today I had an appointment scheduled for 1:15 with a ride scheduled at 12:45. !2:55 and no ride or text so I call. Dispatcher Tommy tells me the driver had an issue and won't be coming. She proceeds to then tell me they do not have any other drivers. I ask about them sending a Lyft driver she tells me no and to reschedule my appointment. I explain to her my appointment is a check up before my surgery and she simply responds with "Oh." then tells me to call my insurance because there's nothing they can do. Not only was her tone unprofessional but her lack of responsibility with informing me on time is unprofessional. When I call my insurance they tell my insurance they new a day ahead of time. This is not the first time I have had this happen with this company. If I make arrangements in advance and on time I expect to be informed about cancellations on time. The level of unprofessionalism is far too much.

Anyone with children I recommend the Davies project in Lansing Michigan I wish I could've made this transportation set up with them instead of these people . I will be sure to NOT EVER RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE AGAIN ....
