The aisles were a mess and the cashier I had was terrible; rolled her eyes and made rude comments about me to other customers. Even when I had to come back, she continued the behavior. The guy at the customer service desk, however, was very nice, so good customer service does exist. Still, I'll get what's needed at another store next time.

Big empty parking lot don't allow professional drivers to get some rest after driving 10 hours to deliver to places of their community to work and spend money in Walmart. First time in 5 years I have ever been woke up and asked to leave. No respect for drivers. Spend money elsewhere.

Gail Peevy: I went here cause they were supposed to have what I was looking for. They didn't, but to my surprise, they had cloths that were really cute and affordable. I bought 2 outfits and 2 shirts and a pair of pants all for around 50 dollars. Then I went and found that their groceries were cheaper than Meijers as well. Love this store. Their customer service kind of sucks. You can never find someone to help you. And their own workers will say that "nobody wants to work, that works here"

Christine Poindexter: Very crowded and hard to find a good parking spot if you have limitations. Finding a cart for people with limitations or disabilities seemed to be a challenge as well. The long wait in line is actually still baffling to me. I'm not use to having a long wait like that at Walmart since they invented self checkout lines. Several places were very disorganized and prices on some items are poorly marked. Not a issue if you have the Walmart app. The employees however were very delightful and helpful when they passed by or was approached with a question. Again the employees at the check out lane was also very pleasant and on point with interacting on a appropriate level with customers. This is the only Walmart that I have the joy in saying as far as the employees go with communication etc A+

LAST 1 UP R6: April 21,2023 This store is one of the worst places for customers service. Always long lines & excuses of being short staffed. I wanted a product out of the cologne case. had to go up front to ask for help. Waited 15 minutes after first page. Ask an associate for help. He said I don't have keys to it. Call the store ask them to send someone so second page. Again waited. Two more associate for help, She said I do on line shopping. Finally the next associate did a page , but still 3 pages later. After more than 30 minutes I lost my cool. Don't lock up your products if you can't provide someone to unlock them. This is one of many times I have tried to be patient. Today I just left the store I will shop another retailer for my merchandise I need today. I don't care to shop at the 54th st. Wal-Mart again. May not always have a good experience at other stores. Too many bad one at this store.
