Jan Lewis: AVA truly helped me navigate my hearing loss. I was struggling with the entry level hearing aids I had been fitted with a few years back at a local warehouse store. Turns out I had an unusual hearing loss pattern and they weren’t really addressing my situation. With AVA I wore a pair of Flex hearing aids for 3 weeks which allowed them to gather information on my typical hearing situations. Dr. Jacobs is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and honest about what my expectations should be. My new pair of devices are more comfortable, have superior noise canceling, fit me better, and address my particular hearing loss situation. The entire staff is great to work with. I highly recommend AVA Hearing!

Moreover, the ongoing service and care provided by Joe Ver Plank has been wonderful. He is meticulous, caring and personable in his approach, and he makes it clear there is no such thing as a dumb question (or a repetitive one). He stresses his availability by phone outside of the regular appointments, and he is always open to walk through any procedure with you in the maintenance and care of your hearing aids. You never feel rushed during an appointment. Five stars!

Jeremy Mcneilly: The staff at the Walker location was phenomenal. My hearing was absolutely horrible. Garrett spent quite a bit of time cleaning out my ears and doing the hearing test to see how bad my hearing actually was. These folks go above and beyond in my opinion and I would surely recommend them to anyone.
Timothy Forbush: Always the best experience. I moved a hundred miles away and still come back. Ben is knowledgeable and personable. I could change to a closer miracle ear but I choose not to.2 years later and nothing changes. Ben is the best. I have visited all his offices. I live so far away I go to whatever location he's at when I need to go. If you've had bad luck elsewhere...come here to experience the best!

Kay Stolte: I purchased beltone hearing aids. I paid $6,000 out of my own pocket and they had the audacity to bill my insurance another $ 2,700. When I asked Brennen, the owner, if I had called other dealers would I have gotten the same price? He said that he could set the price at whatever amount he deemed feasible. I have to admit the service is great but I feel the product does not reflect what I paid. In the first two weeks that I owned the hearing aids, I lost one because of poor fitting and had to purchase another one. It was at a lower price but regardless, I feel they should have stood behind their product. I tried on my old hearing aids, from a different manufacturer and my friends were impressed that I can hear again. So beltone did not even come close to the product that I had purchased a few years ago. My advice is. BUYER BEWARE. I would never go back to that dealer or buy another beltone hearing aid from beltone.

Took my 5 year old aids in , I broke the receiver in one ear, I was expecting to have to buy a new pair but they put a new receiver on both with only one damaged. From the moment I Walked in I felt welcomed and that these folks care.
