Michael Keyser: As a welding hobbyist, I appreciated the customer service and quick walk-through on some things I should be conscientious of when choosing materials to work with. This was completely unsolicited, but very welcomed.I never felt stupid for asking questions like suggestions on gas, ways of handling it, etc. They respect the customer and their level of expertise and want to make sure you're getting what you need vs selling you what they want.

My favorite thing there is the regulator swap program with victor. I got the exact regulator i needed at a discount( for my regulator series, it may be different for you)

kate silvio: If you are an individual, Miller Welding prefers not to work with you... they have a hard time delivering when they say they will (which was tough on my small operation) and prefer to work with businesses (this was told to me on my last visit... the woman actually gestured up and down to my body and said, 'we generally don't work with... this.') If you're an artist or have a small set-up, I'd go to Airgas. I went there after Miller and they were kind, helpful and treated me like my business mattered.

Rob Waara: I recent purchased a Lincoln 180C from Miller Welding Supply and the whole experience was pleasant and easy. The price was good but the customer service was even better. They made me feel like they truly care and are on my side. This is something you can't find on the internet or in many brick and mortar stores these days. I highly recommend working with Miller Welding Supply.

Todd Deppe: I just went to have a propane tank filled and I experienced the worst customer service of anywhere I have ever been. Mike has a terrible attitude and should not be allowed to talk to customers. You could tell he did not want to help me and did not want to be bothered with any question I had.

Cortney Kramer: I called on Monday to see if my husband got there before closing if we could get our propane tank certified and filled before closing. I understand it sucks to have someone come right before close, but when your hours end at 5 and people have regular jobs it’s hard to get there much earlier. The man on the phone told me “mike won’t like it if he’s shows up that close to close so have your Husband drop it off and pick it up tomorrow.” With that, mike, whoever he is behaved as expected and was rude to my husband, even though we said we could pick it up the next day. He said he would call when he was done with it. Flash forward to today, I had to call and get an update and it sounded as though he was just going to get started on it because I called. My husband got out of work early, went in there, and no one was around. He was on his phone and mike rudely said “get that phone out of here” my husband said “really?” And he said “yeah, can’t you see the signs?” Apparently they are all over but my husband didn’t see them (his bad), but Mike sure doesn’t know his people skills. I just don’t get why as a company you wouldn’t go the extra mile or have friendly staff. I gave them 2 stars because they actually did what we paid them to, and for cheaper than we thought, which is great.. but not without dealing with the grumpiest staff we have ever witnessed. We’ll buy a new propane tank and not from this company before we come back. The guys at Uhaul are a lot nicer and more helpful with propane fills.

Naysa Welch: I'm sad to say that I have never had to use their services and likely never will. But I drive past their road sign everyday on my way to work and it makes me laugh most days. From what I've seen cleverness and humor is a good sign in a company. "I used to eat candy nerds.... For me it was too much like cannibalism" has been my favorite so far.

Not being a business ,I kinda expected to get treated like some fool that's getting ready to burn down his garage. I can't guarantee that I still won't burn down the garage.But I can guarantee I didn't get treated like a fool. Just the opposite ! Treated like a King ! Thom hooked me up with everything I needed, plus some. And even gave me some fun facts and info about certain gas properties. So I got educated too ! I will continue to go there, and refer friends to do the same.Thanks
