CRQuad 01: When I called Kent Rubber for help on a small non-profit project, I spoke to Brad. Even though I had no idea what I was talking about, I knew what I wanted. Brad was patient and genuinely interested in helping me. I was pleased to find EVERY employee I ran into was equally genuine. This place has the BEST customer service of any business I've patronized. Other customers seemed to enjoy the same experience. I'll be a customer for life. Keep up the good work guys!

David Stephens: My experience with Pirtek. I am an OTR owner operator. Stopped at Loves Truck Stop noticed that I had a fuel line leaking, after normal business hours. Thinking who I would be able to get the line replaced in the area. Searching online, I found Pirtek. Punched in zip where I was located, and the Grand Rapids, MI Office pops up. Thinking that no way anyone would be able to get me repaired with no notice, I called ,and Bo answers, Super nice seems concerned with my issue, no excuses whatsoever why they wouldn't be able to help. Man this cat says I will have a tech on the way within a hour. BOOM! Get a call from John the tech, says on the way. Shows up. John jumps into action and few hours has the line replaced. Saves the Day. Able to stay on schedule. Gotta tell you, This is the Way it should be. Awesome job PIRTEK GRAND RAPIDS. THANKS BO, AND JOHN. Definitely recommend this Company.
