keerrok: We rented a pontoon for 2 hours on Labor Day and it was a fantastic outing. Chris was a great owner who helped us in and out of the docks. Boat was clean and new. Forget about Lake Michigan, drive out to Chris and enjoy the boats he has.

Marilyn Varn: We rented a pontoon from them for one day not really knowing how to operate one but we were given quick instructions and were offered no opportunity for insurance. After returning the boat, Chris (owner) called meto say we damaged the propeller and the cost to repair would be $224 plus tax and I said to charge my card.Well after another hour he texted me and said he found something else and now the charge would be over$500. Now at this point he has not shown us any estimate for the repair work or any mention of hismillions of dollars in insurance that he said he had in the beginning so I authorized him to only charge my card the original $224 plus tax until we investigate further and look at the contract. Instead, he arbitrarilycharged my card the $538.29 anyway. I would be very wary about renting anything from this company asI have no way of knowing if this propeller was already damaged and he just threw out some figures withoutany estimate of repair. We are very disappointed in the way he handled the situation.

Everything from start to finish was top notch beginning with quick response time to our initial inquiry. Boat was delivered and picked up just as we had arranged, and the best part was that the boat and all the equipment was in beautiful condition. We were able to fish, take slow trips around the lake, and even pull our kids on tubes. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The boat made our vacation perfect.
