Logan Goins: Whoever the operator was on March 8th, 2023 at 1:32 pm needs to be fired. Absolutely atrocious service. One of the rudest people I have encountered. She needs to find another job, or go back to school or something. Trying to get an answer of our water is safe to drink( i have a newborn,) and nobody can give me an answer. Water was shut off randomly yesterday, and since it has come back on it has been brown. Nobody warned us or gave us any indication there would be people working on the water.

Brittany Clason: I went to the Annex building in the back it was very simple and quick. Staff was very friendly. I was there for a vision and hearing test for my child to start school.
Alex G: Tried to report a case of bedbugs at a hotel I visited. They shoved me to the licensing board instead and the licensing board sent me back. Then they said they don’t “do” bedbugs and to call the BBB. So if you stay at a hotel that is infested and your child is bitten, just know the Kent County Health Department is only good for passing the buck.
Jenna Seehase: Called regarding immunizations and was rudely instructed I’ll need to call back when they open, was not given the opportunity to ask if I can just come in? If I need an appointment? Etc.When I did call back I waited through the lengthy phone tree several times and waited on hold for 20+ minutes and never spoke to a person.
Trish Gruswitz: Quick easy and no wait vaccinations.
Travis Faber: Their discriminatory covid precautions are keeping my healthy children out of school. Quarantining healthy people for 20 days because they "might" have been around someone who "might" have had covid is insanity.

Paul Sweeney: The container that package the masks say they do not work then how do you say you trust the science when you do t even listen to the manufacturer that's like filling a close basket with water because you said it will fill up our children our going to deny you're mask mandate

michael boyle: Travel clinic does not provide Malaria Prophylaxis. They do vaccines only. This will require another visit with your own doctor.
Jill: Just got my first Covid vax and everything went fine. The process is well thought out, from the signage outside to the registration process. I did not encounter any lines or significant wait times, just one old guy who cut in front of me which was slightly annoying. The county employees were welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made an appointment for my second dose which I was thankful for.
Karen Rozanski: Greatly mishandled my children’s Covid quarantines. Inconsistent and incompetent staff. Each person I spoke with contradicted the person I spoke with before them. Extremely disappointing experience!

John Fetter: I have gone to the Personal Health Clinic for years and find them to be efficient, friendly, informative and non-judgemental. Also if you're in the LGBTQ community and wanting to get on PrEP they can help you through the whole process very quickly. I would have provided a full 5 stars except for one employee who was at the front desk who was robotic and a bit rude. However I believe she's no longer there and in the last year all front counter employees are quite pleasant.
