It has an amazing culture, good company paid Medical & Dental benefits, and offers flex time so you have a 3 hour window to begin your shift, so its hard to be late. I tell all my friends and family to apply if they are looking for new opportunities. My son's work here and it has been great to see them develop and thrive here. I'm very grateful they took a chance on me, I just wish I would have found this job sooner.

Ben Smith: Ownership changes hands every few years, I was there for the Johnson Controls selloff to Yanfeng, and it had been owned by a couple different companies prior to JC. Sold off again, it seems.The job wasn't bad, nor was it great. Lots of infighting between production and maintenance, lots of lazy people at all levels. But, most of the people were great to work with. Pay at the time was competitive, if on the low end. Benefits were good, also, mostly due to being a Union shop.
