Gary Woodward: Robert is a great and honest man. He has helped me thru a spouse Visa by explaining all the Visa options and procedures. I have dealt with Immigration layers before and they seemed more about money than really helping me. My Spouse Visa is now in the hands of DHS thanks to Robert. I highly RECOMMEND Robert.
L C: Do not use Rob if you are looking for help with immigration!! Rob supposedly applied for my husband’s US citizenship 4 years ago and we are still waiting. Have gotten no response except for when we requested a copy of his file he gave us a huge bill for back charges and another huge bill for copy charges before he would give us the file. The file didn’t include a receipt number which you need to check on your application. He won’t return calls, emails, texts, notes, and is never in his “office”. This has now set our family back 4 years & caused a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT OF STRESS FOR EVERYONE including jeopardizing my husbands job on multiple occasions. He won’t even respond to our new immigration lawyer who has sent letters, called etc. Why would you do this to our family?????? There is no sign of any application in the USCIS system. Also when my husband tried to renew his green card which was sent to our old address and thrown out by the new owner, Rob told him to reapply not use the I-90 form for lost or stolen cards so they denied that and he has to reapply for that as well. Mistakes, horrible communication, and treated my family like he couldn’t be bothered. I don’t understand how he doesn’t have more bad reviews, but I have seen the others online as well, and their story is very similar to ours. We have had enough, we will have to resort to solving this legally.

Eric Sobczak: When you go to speak with an attorney you often don't know what to expect, will they give you just enough information to be able to bill you, will it be difficult to explain a complex situation, will they have all the answers to your questions. In this case the professionalism and organized thinking of this attorney made it so simple even with some complex considerations that I would highly recommend him. He seems like a man who is both knowledgable and someone you can trust and at no point in time hurried me just to get on to other work. Instead he made sure to help me clearly understand what my actions should be. A gentleman I would recommend to family or friends.
Rahim Chafik: Use Richard Kessler instead of Robert. Please do not use Robert Mirque for your immigration case. Me and my wife have had nothing but trouble and headaches for 2 years with him now. He didn’t tell us that we could do an inquiry on our K1 visa after 6 months of filing. He lost our RFE paperwork and we had to resend it which made our case take longer. USCIS never received our Green Card application and I couldn’t get Robert on the phone or email for 2 1/2 months. I’m currently suing him for attorney malpractice so save yourself the headache and go with Richard Kessler instead.

My mom was in Calhoun county and talked to many people who tried this lawyer she just tells you to sign voluntary deportation. There are more options! Mariela does not know the immigration laws well enough to fight your case, please avoid lawyers like this. My mom then told them about our current immigration lawyer Richard Kessler and he got all of them of Jail through different means! If you want a happy end to your immigration hardship stay away from Mariela. Take it from me and countless of others who shared their negative experience with her to me.

Yo page bastante dinero para que ella investigara todo eso y ahora me siento robado y que tomó ventaja de mi por no saber sobre las leyes de Estados Unidos. Solo les consejo que vean a otro o otra abogado. The biggest challenge for us was when the USCIS asked for the RFEs. Susan asked for everything she needed from us. All wehad to do was drop the papers off in her office. She took care of the rest from there. She gave her BEST for us not to dwell in the uncertainties and the unknowns. We never felt we had an attorney-client relationship, but we felt more than family members, close friends. She always welcomed us!
