I spoke to the manager, Allen, and he said they do not call Miss Dig if the foundation crack is near the meter because they know the line is there and are instructed to “dig carefully.” He then went on to say “accidents happen.” This “accident” could have blown up my house and injured/killed people.This was complete and utter negligence on West Michigan Waterproofing and I would never recommend them to anyone. Totally disappointed in not only their actions but their follow up (I had to initiate the call with the main office almost an hour after the fire department showed up).

chris kemp: Unbeatable service,work ethic and price. Had a two man team and these guys worked hard to complete the job. Guys came on a Wednesday and were done on Friday. I had to have them come back to address another area in the basement and when I called on Monday they were here again on Wednesday. Now comes the bad news, after having the crew out the last time we had some issues with quality of workmanship. All of the cement that was poured is cracked and allows water to seep in through the cracks, broke stair treads, oil leak stains on driveway from their vehicles, they left some debris in the yard only to be found by the lawnmower( ruined blades) , water discharge line runs up hill and will not drain properly, have sent several emails in regard to cracked cement along with requested photos it has been a month since and still no reply. Last time I spoke to the G.M( over a month ago) he informed me that they were busy and would get back to me. He stated they had other jobs in progress even though mine is not completed! Not sure that the 5 star rating and the good review I provided initially is warranted. So based on the current status of follow up and resolution or lack there of....I would certainty shop around and ask many more questions when deciding who and what can be expected of a company.

Jas S: I have at one time or another spoken with other employees and found them very friendly and attentive, but for this review it is Craig and Dion who I mainly dealt with. They installed my basement drainage system back in 2019. There have been not major problems with the system, however there was an unforeseen reoccurring concern. Both time they responded to my emails immediately, sent someone out and the concern was addressed. This time it was more about the pump its self and my concern with the operation. Pump is now 4 years old and worked flawlessly. After extremely heavy rain and snow melt, the pump wasn't cycling as it should. I contacted Craig and he responded immediately and sent Dion out, Working at the concern and discussing a plan of action we proceeded. Dion answered all questions, explained what he was doing. He wanted to treat the pipe lines for iron build up and was having to return the next day. The pump problem started again and when he arrived it was determined that the float switch was the problem and is not easily fixed or economically feasible. We replaced the pump, old pump was no longer under warranty, so it was at my. cost. After consulting with Dion, we came up with a better pump and better warranty. Craig and Dion are excellent to work with and I would and have recommended this company when the opportunity arise. It is worth giving them a call and talk with them. Very respectful of my home, basement and my time.

In the spring of 2018, we noticed watter running in through a basement wall.A couple techinicians came out to assess the problem, then returned shortly after and excavated in the area of the lead. They found that the underground drainage system hadn't been completed by the previous owners of the company that they had taken over. They finished the installation and that problem was solved.During the next season, we noticed rotting wood in the cabinet that concealed our water main entrance in the opposite corner of the basement. Once again, EverDry sent out a technician who found that...yes....the installation had not been completed properly. The technician proplerly excavated the drainage channel in that corner to complete the installation. Problem solved.EverDry naver gave us any excuses or tried to put us off. They fixed our problems without argument, and quickly and professionally.Over the years since then, we have had no more problems. We do keep up our yearly warranty continuance fee, and we're confident that if any more problems arise they'll be taken care of without a hassle for us. The annual fee is quite reasonable and is relly cheap peace of mind; and, if we ever decide to move we're sure the warranty will be a selling asset.
