Calder Capital, LLC - Business Brokers / M&A Firm: what do users think?
Harry Kobrak: Calder provided excellent analysis on business valuations and gave me confidence that my offers were competitive for the market and industry. This is important as sellers have a wide variety of expectations! Finding the right business is a process and Calder did a great job of providing insights as I worked my way through it. Ultimately, I was successful in acquiring a high quality company, Corporate Clean Services.
Jess Harmon: The Calder team works really hard but makes sure to have fun. Great culture.
onuoha ikoro: If I could give them a zero star I would. Never use Calder Capital to do a buy side search or to sell or buy any business. Max and Sam are liars. They will deceive you. Very dishonest people
Peter Ciaverilla: Professional firm with great understanding of the lower middle market. Really enjoyed working with Sam and Parker -- looking forward to collaborating with Calder again soon.
Linda Lamphear: "Our experience with Calder Capital was great, and Matt Baas was terrific to work with!"
Chris Spielmaker: Calder's team has great energy. They are hard-working and they care about their clients.
Todd Strain: "Max, just wanted to take a minute and personally thank you and Garrett for getting this deal over the finish line!!! Your company has been a pleasure to work with and Garrett has been a major player in getting this deal done on time and before the new year, you should be very proud of his professionalism and can-do attitude! I first remember meeting you for lunch and the conversation we had and from then on I knew Calder Cap was going to be the company to help us reach our goals of getting our company into the hands of a new owner that would continue the legacy that we have built up over the years, and with Garretts nonstop pushing on all fronts we were able to get it done, and on time!We will have no problem recommending Calder Capital to anyone looking to sell their business!
Mitch Veenstra: Calder Capital did a great job representing Rohr Gasoline Equipment to DHT Holdings. They were instrumental in finding a foot fit for a buyer, and Garrett was very easy to work with and very thorough and prompt in moving through the process. I would highly recommend Calder to anyone interested in buying or selling a business.Mitch Veenstra Rohr Gasoline Equipment
Roger Bronsink: My wife and I sold our business with the help and counsel of Calder Capital. We had never sold a business before, and working with Max and his team made it a truly positive experience. We wanted to make sure that the next owner of our business had a similar perspective of the value of our team. Calder helped us reach many prospective buyers who we would never have reached on our own. They communicated with us every step of the way. Even if you are just thinking about selling your business some time in the future, I would highly encourage a conversation with Max. We had multiple conversations with him over several years that helped us be prepared for the actual selling process.
George Williams: A relative was considering selling their business and needed some guidance regarding valuation, the process, etc. It was recommended I talk to Calder. I really appreciated the honest advice. It was clear that this firm cares about the best outcome for anyone considering selling. Thanks!
Aaron Bond: Excellent advice/guidance on business valuation and the selling process.

Fidelity Investments: what do users think?
W. Barrett: poor service can't even get a deposit right
Dale Zedeck: Dylan Dye always takes care of any business or need I have
Joyce Blades: I have been with Fidelity and the GR office for over 15 years. I have had nothing but the best response from them. My advisor, Jeff Hoag is attentive, informative and helpful. When I deal with the front of the house staff I also have positive experiences. I do usually stop in to do business instead of using the phone. I find their website very helpful and can do most anything on there as far as buying, selling, investigating, moving money, etc. SO much better than other financial advisors I've had.
John Malnor: my wife needed some account information for the required minimum distribution of an IRA. She was on hold for an hour. Then talked to someone who put her on hold for 30 minutes and then again for another 30 minutes. Ridiculously terrible service. Can’t see how they stay in business or why anyone would bother with them. Stay away I unless you want to be treated poorly.
Samantha Reynolds: I didnt go here in person but i did make a phone call to them. I was able to get what i needed done within a 10 min phone call which was really nice. The represenitive was very helpful
Pete K.: The rep that was assigned (?) to me kept interrupting and continuously talked over me.He disregarded my desired timing for drawing social security, moving it up (closer) against my will.Unable to contact people there. The branch manager told me another rep would contact me, which also didn't happen. These people clearly do not care about your needs and wishes, I found a reputable firm instead, that took their time understanding my goals and tailoring a plan for me.
Rob ST: So far so good. Luke T. gave me good instructions and I was able to follow through and get my funds transferred over from another investment account.
Peyton LaFever: Critical:ResponsivenessSpend a month and a half to allow my real money that I deposited to be “settled” and will not let me buy a single stock due to “risk” or no buy orders. Back to robinhood or weeble I guess
Max Brenner: Horrible service! I delivered to them 20 days ago an application to add basic options trading to an already existing account. 20 DAYS AGO. And they still have not processed the application. 20 DAYS. It took over an hour on hold on the phone today to reach a representative. Emily, who told me I will have to try to call back tomorrow! AND she misinformed me about acceptable options strategies in the account. All she could do was repeatedly say she was sorry!! Such worthless "service." They should be ashamed. As sooon as possible, I am moving my account to another brokerage firm. Good-bye fidelity.
Megan: My partner and I have been dealing with Fidelity's nonsense for over a month now trying to invest 401k funds from a previous job. They are awful. The customer service is terrible. We have spent hours upon hours on hold. Despite jumping through hoop after hoop to even be able to get our money where we want it, they have given us such a difficult time. Save yourself the stress and take your money elsewhere. We certainly are.
James Binkley: Critical:QualityHave called to close my account after loosing job and getting the wrong paperwork sent to me twice now
Nicholas Leathers: I called with detailed investment advice that I thought would not have an answer. But received Direction that's coincided with my thoughts and made me feel like investing with fidelity what's a good choice.
Alex Vogan: Mike was super helpful, knowledgeable and very cordial in planning my family's finacial future.
