BattleGR Tactical Games: what do users think?
Emily Brouillet: Had my daughter's 13th bday party here for 7 of her friends and couldn't recommend it more. Everything was taken care of from start to finish: from a dedicated parking spot, a host that made sure they had fun (wasn't tough!), food, dessert, and party bags. Appreciated that I didn't have to do much but show up! Everyone at Battle GR is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Two big thumbs up.
Jodi Cantrell: We all had such a wonderful time at our corporate event. Everything from the pizza buffet to the axe throwing (that was a big hit!) and laser tag, was amazing.Thank you so much! From your friends at CompuCraft Technology Solutions
DJ Griffor: We had a great experience with this company. Management was super easy to work with and very flexible with my ever changing schedule. They went the extra mile everywhere they could. The staff was younger, and in my opinion the best option. They seemed to have as much fun as we did, which just made it even better. We will definitely be using their mobile service again! Well worth the cost.
Danielle Pipal: BattleGR always brings such fun and engaging events to our campus. Students love them and it requires no set up from our end- which I love :)
Tamara Snable: BattleGR was the perfect choice for our team. They are well organized and a breeze to work with. Everyone had a great time.
Sonia Stensrud: We hosted a corporate leadership event at BattleGR Tactical Games and the activities were both fun and challenging. The axe throwing and archery tag was very well-organized, and the staff were professional and engaging throughout our entire event. The food and beverage options were a bonus and made planning ideal. We had a fun filled afternoon that encouraged team togetherness. We're looking forward to hosting another event in the future!
Amber Wendling: We had our son's 13th birthday party at BattleGR this past weekend. Our party coordinator was fantastic and really went above and beyond to ensure the boys had a great experience. It was a perfect event for this age group.
Terry Hickerty: Had a blast with my company here doing a team building event. We had a great time playing laser tag and shooting each other with orbes. They also provided food which was not bad for a place that isn't a food place
Sherry Granzotto: Our team from Sentinel Pointe Retirement Community has the best time at BattleGR! An afternoon of team building and fun! We will be back again!
Marissa Fulks: We had an absolute blast! Jenny was more than accommodating when making the plans for our team event. She worked with our budget, answered any questions, and made setting up the event very smooth! They stayed open for a late private party from 9PM-11PM, we had 3 helpers teach us how to throw axes, play laser tag, and a patient bar tender for a large group of 20. Absolutely everyone had so much fun and we hope to be returning soon! Definitely recommend BattleGR for corporate, private, or birthday parties, and even just a small group of friends!
Molly Byrne: Battle GR came to our house for a laser tag birthday party for my daughters 13 th birthday. They were on time, respected the property, explained all the games perfectly, were kind and involved with the kids. They were helpful and participated for the full 1.5 hours. I would recommend them to add something special to your event. The kids had an absolute blast. Thank you so much!
Lila Hodges: I had an amazing time with my 8 grandchildren, husband and brother. The workers had excellent customer service! It’s a must do for everyone you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again everyone!
Rockford Chamber: We have worked with BattleGR on several events including an after hours business networking event at their space and bringing their mobile activities to our community events. The staff is always wonderful to work with, incredibly polite, and you can tell they truly enjoy the work they are doing. The activities are such a great addition at our events and we love utilizing their space for networking events as well! We enjoy having BattleGR in our community!
Tara Everest: We attended a mom and son night. We had a lot of fun. Good price and the staff was all very friendly. Only thing is, I think there was too many people, it would of been better if they lower their maximum of people
Kristen Miller: They do a great job! They have every minute accounted for, and are very patient and fun with the kids!
bill rosol: We loved it! My 2 kids and I went to play lazor tag and had an amazing time. It is not fancy but we had our best experience with laser tag there The staff were very nice and helpful with getting us set up and playing. We loved how they integrated our group with other groups. Definitely will return.
Katelyn Faber: Such a great experience. The employees are so good with the kids and so professional. They made the party run so smoothly. We will definitely do this again. I wish I could give them 10 stars!
Rebecca Szilagy: Battle GR did a great job with our son's 9th birthday. We walked in and walked out not having to do anything, totally stress free. They had all the details and logistics covered from food to goodie bags and managing the kids and their activities.
Kelly Lovell: Our school rented out Battle GR for our annual Mother/Son event and everyone had a great time! The staff is very friendly and engaging, assisting kids with each station, our favorite being the laser tag - we highly recommend! The facility is clean, the kids loved the snacks- especially the slurpee machine! Highly recommend it for kids, groups, or work parties! This was our second year renting out Battle GR, and a favorite event at school! We will be back!
Lindsey Toth: I had a great time at Battle GR learning how to axe-throw and playing laser tag with my son. They are very organized and have very helpful staff.
Erin Kuipers: My kids cant wait to go back, and neither can i!

Craig's Cruisers: what do users think?
Mark Vlasman: Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended NoMore
Mary Brown: For a Friday afternoon, it was very good, not terribly busy. It was a half day of school for our kids. We took six 13 yr old boys, and they had a great time with the 3hr unlimited wristbands. We didn't find the lockers at first, and 4 of the boys' coats/sweatshirts were stolen -- and they weren't fancy or valuable clothes, so I highly recommend leaving stuff locked in your car or finding the lockers behind the roller coaster for your things!
Tiffany Kuhtic: Visited on WeekendMore
Daniel H: Fun for kids. Eat before you go. Skip the buffet. It's not good.Visited on Weekend Wait time No wait Reservation recommended Not sure …More
Tammy Martin: It's ok but expensive and half the games don't work
H Howard: Never disappointed
Always On Time: Not a great spot for any kids under 3. The kiddie bounce house has kids no room for kids who are 18 months old to play as all other kids under 42 inches are in same area and bounce these smaller kids around. Really need a separate area for baby’s especially since they made us pay for my 18th month old to jump and pay for socks.
Jason Morris: Made the drive here from the Flint area and we really had a good time. The facilities were clean, the food was good, and the attractions were fun. My only complaint is that every one of the staff seemed absolutely miserable to be there and I mean every one. Not a single smile, not a "did ya have a good ride" nothing. I almost thought it was on purpose. None of them spoke. There were 5 in the jump area mingling together playing on their phones not watching anything that was going on. If the staff had some fun or smiles or interacted with the guests in any way, this place could really be top notch.
Michael Sharp: The arcade prices have become unreasonable.$8 for one video game, and the normal stupid things are $3 a play. I won't be going back
Peter Shyne: Had a great time with my Son!! There is something for everyone, from the Arcade to the Zip Line. Don't skip the Buffet, a great selection of food to choose from. A safe place for Family fun!!
Jennifer Dibble: This mine favorite place and my kid's! I like the games! Food was okay! My favorite game was skeeball!
Jonny Boy Productions: A very fun place to go!! I have a blast every time I go there.
Randall Smith: No food buffet on Monday.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait Reservation recommended No …More
skylar: amazing experience !! i went with my little sister, my sister can’t have gluten, so i had to discuss with a staff named jasper on how those pizzas are made, he was a very kind boy. he helped make a good pizza ( if he helped cook it lol i’m not sure!!) but he was very kind and patient even when my patience was wearing thin. we went on a saturday morning and it was very busy but jasper and the other staff still got our pizza out in a timely manner. overall my visit with my sister was 10 times better because of the amazing staff at this location.
Cynthia Baum: Endless fun, with everything in one great big fun house! Lazer tag, trampolines, gocarts, bumper cars, arcade, and more. Plus, a delicious buffet to keep you going~
brandon beimers: Great time for kids and adults. Buffet is worth it.
Braelyn Sikkema: Loved it! It was sooooo fun
David Kranz: Dissapointed and buffet was not much of a buffet. Not very clean either. Attractions were good, service was poor.
Chuck Elliott: We always gave a great time at Craig's Cruisers!
D Wi: Visited on Weekend Wait time 10–30 min Reservation recommended Not sureMore
Marya Norman: We got here thinking we would have access to everything since we paid for the unlimited fun and buffet but everything outside was closed even the golf, it did not say anything on the website when the things outside would be open... We had asked an employee and she stated the things outside did not open till 4pm and we went early because it was suppose to rain that afternoon, our end time was 3pm. I'm only giving it a 1 star because the only thing that was half way decent was the food and they didn't even have half the buffet open, pretty much just a salad bar and choice of three different pizzas, and some chicken🍗. Very disappointed we spent so much and didn't get the full experience.

The Lost City: what do users think?
Kerry Kearney: Kevin did a great job taking care of our birthday party and the kids had a blast!
Carrie Hill: This was fun. We played mini-golf and had a good time doing it.
Jessica Mastbergen: "Fire till you tire" was so much fun. Kevin was a great Lazor tag host who made the experience fun for everyone!
Sam Burns: We went here for a youth group event and the staff was extremely accommodating. They met all of our needs and our students had a great time and already want to go back. The “Fire Til You Tire” was a great experience and the best laser tag that any of us had ever done. The quality was top notch. Most importantly their staff were great hosts to us and continually checked in to ensure we were having a great time.
Hannah Watkins: My nephew was in town for the week and we wanted to take him to our favorite arcade in town! Bonus….they also have laser tag! Unfortunately, after we arrived it was very apparent that this would no longer be our favorite arcade. Not only did they jump on the corporate bandwagon and get rid of the best part of a true original arcade (tokens & tickets), they also blocked out and entire 2 hours for a group of teenagers to play laser tag. We had two adults and two 8 year olds in our group so we asked the worker if we could just play one quick game first which only runs 8 to 9 minutes or play after they've played a few rounds. The group arrived 15 minutes after their 6pm reservation time and the worker said there was nothing he could do and there would be no possible way for us to play a round. The other worker, who was the only breath of fresh air at the Lost City, said that her coworker should have allowed it and it shouldn't have been an issue. I found this funny because during my daughter's 7th birthday party last year we also reserved the laser tag room for unlimited plays during the party. When we arrived the same worker who turned us down was the one who greeted us and let us know that we could play first but had to allow other groups to play as well. Which leads me to believe that this group of teens must have been his friends. Either that or we were just being treated differently than other groups. Both scenarios are no good and this visit definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. On top of that, their prices and tickets are very confusing now and a few of our favorite games were out of order. When complaining to the staff, the same worker said that I was the first person to complain about the changes and that everyone else seems to like them. I also found this funny because we were THE ONLY group in the entire arcade, other than the laser tag group. You won't have any complaints if there are NO customers. And treating long time loyal customers the way we were treated is not a way to keep people coming back. I'm sorry to say but with all the competition out there I feel like the lost city will be one of the unfortunate businesses to close it's doors before too long.
Adam Aldridge: HUGE shout to Kev & Shawna. We brought our Fruitport High & Middle School Campus Life groups down & they were incredibly helpful & accommodating.Kev was great with our kids making sure they understood the rules of laser tag AND he was great hyping them up before each game. I also watched as Kev took care of a dad and his young son who played at the same time as us, making sure the son had a vest and blaster that fit him properly.Shawna cranked out 5 pizzas within a half hour so our group could have dinner. Absolutely crushed it. And all our students agreed it was good pizza! And the arena itself is epic. Over 6,000sq ft. Even with our crew of 15 and the others who played with us it still felt massive.I’ve loved taking different groups of students here over the years and I can’t wait for next year!
Brittany Aldridge: We had THE BEST time playing laser tag. Our group had a blast playing with a dad and his younger son! I couldn’t believe how big the map was. Looking forward to coming back!!!
Luke DeBoer: Laser tag was insane!!! Awesome service!!
Karson McMullin: Awesome Lazer tag!! I went with friends and had lots of fun!
Travis Crouse: Very friendly and fun for the whole family
Ranked 1st: Very overpriced. I would not return to this place everything was overpriced. The benefits, no one is here.
Jester Links: Haha.. what a Joke. 3 months BANKRUPT
E J W: Not worth the money. To small unwilling to accommodate guests.
Joel Mitchell: The best laser tag arena around! Their miniature bowling lanes are cool too. Always friendly staff and owners are very accommodating! Great place to host a birthday party that will talked about until the next one!
Cindy Hernden: Loved it
Corey Higgins: Brought the family we all had a blast. Not a fan of the mini golf course but loved the soccer arcade game!!
Daniel Waite: Emma, Kevin and Maurice were awesome to my kids. 5th time here from Grand Haven this winter, always a good time
Angie Olejarczyk: Attended a pre booked party here and everything was terrible. Severely understaffed, horribly over booked and just plain overcrowded. Far too many parties were shoved into a tiny space. 5 pizzas ordered came out sporadically over the course of 1.5 hours. More than 20 people in our group forced to share a party room that is clearly marked for only 6 people. When the person who booked the party brought concerns to light she was only offered 10 laser tag games as a solution. Overall an entirely terrible experience.
J: They've updated everything so it looks really good in there. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been there recently. The kids love the laser tag and it's fun for adults too.
Landon Pearson: As an adult couple, we enjoy going to play interactive arcade games at various locations, and this one didn't disappoint. With new credit card style credit/ticket play cards, it was easy to cash out tickets. This also prevented the hastle of a pocket full of coins. They have a good selection of physical games and skill games. Staff was great and place was clean and safe. Only 1 game wasn't working out of the 50 they offer. Would return to play again
rob riley: Was okay, had to kill some time. Definitely not a Dave and Busters. Played mostly games. They do have laser tag but didn't play. Did play there miniature golf ⛳️ more for the young ones. This area was lit with black lights.
