Ram Aryal: My wife, Tara, and I were desperate and needed serious help to adjust our non-immigrant status. There was no way we could pay the fees all at once. Susan gave us an affordable, discounted pricewith installment plans to pay her fees. She showed us the timeline of approximately six months to adjustour status. We felt assured. We hired her, and our application process started right away. She sent all theupdated forms and asked for all the paperwork to fill out well in advance. Before she mailed thedocument, she reviewed it repeatedly and ensured that everything was perfectly presented. She hadapplied on August 12, 2020, and we received our Green Cards in the mail by March 1, 2021! Susan was always ready for us, whether we needed to talk to her on the phone, meet herby zoom, pay her in-office visit, or contact her through emails, she was always available. She made sure she arranged that timeand answered all of our questions. She constantly updated us with her newsletters on the latest immigration changes. The biggest challenge for us was when the USCIS asked for the RFEs. Susan asked for everything she needed from us. All wehad to do was drop the papers off in her office. She took care of the rest from there. She gave her BEST for us not to dwell in the uncertainties and the unknowns. We never felt we had an attorney-client relationship, but we felt more than family members, close friends. She always welcomed us! We would have never made ithad it not been Susan and her Team putting their expertise into use to achieve our immigration benefits. We are glad we sought Susan's help. Life is better now. Michael Lynn: Just had a negative experience with a lawyer from Miller Johnson. It's a shame because I've had positive experiences in the past.I was replying to an email I was sent by attorney at law Joslin E. Monahan. When I called her to give her the information she was requesting, in my opinion, her demeanor felt abrasive and threatening.I'm sure there are many great lawyers at Miller Johnson and I know they do a lot for the startup community, but I would avoid working with Joslin.
Melissa Smith: February 22, 2023: They were hired by my mother to handle the estate of my father when he passed. It has been a bumpy road. Today Libby (paralegal) and the attorney sent emails back and forth talking very unprofessional (trash talking) about my sister and accidently cc'ed my sister-so my sister read all the bad things that they said about her-that are not true. Stay away from this law firm. Beyond unprofessional. They are only getting a one because I have to give them something to post this review. This is in regard to the office in Grand Rapids, MI.

Upon my Father's passing, I've attempted to contact Miller for assistance 4 different times in the last month so that I can settle the estate. No response has been forthcoming. My personal family trust was set up by Miller Johnson, and as soon I settle my parent's trust, I will certainly be seeking different council.

She was very thorough in her Profession, and I knew what the cost and time it takes to complete the Trust. Now I have been dropped by her, because of Googles misplaced review. Never will use google to review again. You cannot get your information straight.I want to apologize to Ms. Murphy, as it came back to her, which was NOT what I intended.

J M: I cannot say enough how much our family appreciates the hard work and care that Mr. Sinas and Kayleigh (and others in their group) provided! Our case was exceptionally complicated in many aspects. My disabled brother (I’m his guardian) was nearly killed in an auto accident as a passenger. It left him with significant lifelong pain and disability issues. Although my brother was in a friend’s insured car, it was incredibly difficult to get an insurance company to pay for anything - because of the complexity of his case and Michigan laws! Also, his accident occurred between the Michigan no-fault law passing and taking effect, which further complicated his case. I am confident that the outcome of my brother’s case was the best possible because of Sinas Dramis Law Group! They were excellent with communication and compassion.
