edwin fazekas: not sure who trains your drivers or if you hire ex convicts but to the truck driver driving Chicago west august 25th, 2022 at 2:20pm you're lucky i didn't call the cops. you merged into the left lane recklessly infront of me while driving with my pregnant wife in passenger. NOT ONLY but when we tried to change lanes and realized it was not a smart choice you thought that was funny and decided to brake check us with no one infront of you and no regards as to who was in the vehicle with me. you're a miserable person with no respect to your company and no respect to the drivers around you. disgusting and what a shame to the company for hiring truck drivers with i tense road rage for absolutely no reason. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS OR GET THEM OFF THE ROADS

As for whom ever you are SG, you stated you have only been driving otr for 3 months or driving for 3 months. Are you a super trucker that knows everything? I still have a lot to learn about driving and so do you. They do not just put you in a truck and send you on your merry way. There is additional training. They are a good company to learn from and work for.

A Roberts: Will not take another load from them again.Lied about the commodity and number of pieces.Was told I could load ASAP (tried for a 9am loading) but was told by the shipper it was an afternoon appointment. They managed to get the appointment changed almost an hour later.First stop delivered same day and went great.Couldn't deliver my second stop until 10am the next day.Not enough money for the hastle and amount of time needlessly wasted.

Brokers never reply to your email, if you call they keep telling you we are working on it. I don’t recommend working for this company.

Leah Hoogeveen: My company ships hundreds of shipments a year from Mexico to Europe and CH Robinson is by far the worst 3PL we've used. They've lost multiple shipments and those that are delivered often take 30+ days to deliver even though they are expedited air freight shipments (should be fewer than 10 days).

But the company is really nice the owner there is very in touch with the daily activities of the company and he really cares which is awesome. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the gentleman who runs the safety department was a condescending POS…. He was extremely rude about everything and he constantly had a chip on his shoulder. But overall Sunset Logistics is a great place.

Justin moore: I never got the opportunity to start. I got covid went home came back and had issues breathing still so I went home. I was told they had to wash their hands with me and I replied thank you. I never did receive my gas reimbursement or orientation pay. I really did wanna get started, but my health and safety come 1st.

John W.: Be careful when leaving this company. If you have disagreements with them and decide to properly put in a two week notice, they will be unprofessional with you up to the point you leave. Then they will proceed to make DEFAMATORY remarks to any future employers. And although not everyone is terrible there, watch out for a particular dispatcher named Kristy. She will treat you with such disrespect, as if you are 5 years old and you never get to see her in person. Very disconnected. And when bringing it up with the Operations Manager, you are told, "Oh that's just how she is." So again beware. And if you're still interested, ask for another dispatcher. One bad apple spoils the bunch. This is coming from someone who's had plenty of experience on the road.

Joshua Parker: Only been here 2 weeks, but so far this place has far exceeded my expectations. They have ran me hard so far, and I love it. You will run recaps instead of resets, which is new to me, but I’m starting to actually like it. Alex, my recruiter, has followed through on everything he told me, Craig our safety guy has been straight up with me, the dispatchers Chase and Jeremy have been fantastic and friendly( and have been very patient with me learning how to operate the step deck trailers), Denise the receptionist is an absolute sweetheart, Sheila the payroll lady has been patient with me and a sweetheart( I’m having to relearn Transflo after 5 years not using it) and the woman in charge of booking your loads Kristi is on point! Everyone here is just so dang friendly and patient. Myself I am not used to it at a trucking company, having only worked for large carriers. It definitely feels like a family environment here and I was nervous about leaving GP Transco for a smaller carrier. Oh yeah, and the owner puts Direct TV in the trucks with NFL package! Are you kidding me! There has been a learning curve for me so far but they have been extremely patient with me. And you will get miles! If you aren’t a hustler, then don’t come here. If you WANT to work hard, you’ll love it here. I’ll do another review in 6 months. I couldn’t be happier. Best choice I ever made coming here. Answer to my prayers.

william ham: Bought a garbage disposal and a dishwasher from best buy and thos company camnle out. Couldn't install and broke my old working dishwasher.
Will Cantrell: These guys couldn't find success with a road map... which is kinda there thing... so much for customer feedback and the install was really backwards. Seriously they installed my equipment hook ups backwards. Sam's club really took the hit for their mistakes...
Joe Lewis: Trash company. Does not scan in items when they arrive. They do it when they please, sometimes over a week. Then they cannot be contacted to schedule delivery, even when they tell you to schedule with them. You then have to wait to contact you as they please. It is taking longer to XPO to contact me to schedule delivery, than it did for my order to process, and arrive at their location.
Paul: These people are the worst. The lack of professionalism, organization, and common knowledge is truly unbelievable. No wonder these clowns only have a 2star rating and get all their business from Home Depot 😂. Honestly this company will be out of business soon. Highly doubt anyone that works here could make it at any other company in any other industry.

James Johnson: If there was an option for zero stars, they would get it. Only 6 miles away, yet they managed to delay delivery for over a week by rescheduling THREE TIMES. They said they couldn’t deliver because no one was home. Well, NO ONE SHOWED UP! I have cameras that prove it! Of course, you can’t talk to anyone here directly- they always make you call their customer support! Worst company ever, and I truly hope larger companies that partner with them end their contracts and move on to more reliable, trustworthy logistics companies.
Angela Warfield: Living Spaces contracts with this SS for your delivery and there's no possibility that you will get ahold of the carrier. Shame on LS for using such an unreliable delivery company. Won't bother with either company again. Not worth the frustration.
Hal Alsum: When XPO arrived at our shop, they refused to unload the boxes. The guy went on and on about his bad back. When asked who loaded it, he said he did with a high low. Apparently, he didn’t think about how he would have to unload it, too. Initially, we couldn’t unload the items because of liability issues, but our boss finally got sick of them refusing to do their job, so he had us leave our work and basically do their work for them. UPS ever has us unload our packages from their trucks - there’s liability issues, standards of professionalism, etc. Anyway, to cap it all off, when they left, they deposited four pallets and plastic wrap right in front of the front door of our shop. I couldn’t believe the sheer gall of them. That was probably the most passive aggressive display I’ve ever seen.

We called XPO who said it got shipped back to the warehouse without explanation, and this is after the rep hung up on me twice. They finally said they could send an email to a supervisor for me. This company Sucks!!
Chandler: A company I ordered equipment through uses XPO for delivery. I paid $250 for white glove delivery, which included setup of my equipment and removal of debris (all packaging). These 2 guys show up reeking of cigarettes and I have to convince them to even just bring my delivery in my basement. They refused to set it up and just left, saying that's not their job and they're just contracted out by XPO. I complained to the company I ordered from, and they contacted XPO to come back and pick up the boxes (they are quite large - bigger than a trash can). XPO schedules a pickup date and I get a call from these guys again, and they said "we're not a recycling facility, we don't pick up boxes", and when I explain to them what I paid for, they said, "Oh well, maybe we can get it later." I look online later and see my services have been marked as complete. Clearly they aren't coming back. Clearly XPO needs to stop contracting out their services to random people who clearly don't care at all about the work they're doing. They're just hiring whoever to drop off these extremely expensive packages.

The 1st time it never made it on the truck and we never received a call so we waited for it all day and had to call them to see where it was it at. no big deal mistakes happen right?. SO we set up a second date for it to be delivered. Which was over a week away because they only come to area once a week. On to the second day again we decided it doesn't make sense for two people to take off work. only one person does. The XPO driver backs up into our drive way and then leaves was in our driveway for less than ten seconds and we get an email that says delivery was attempted and no one was home. I call the driver as soon as i get the email he proceeds to say we couldn't find your house. I explained to him the it was the driveway he turned around in and so if he could just drop off our package that we have been waiting for a month for that would be great. He refused to turn around because he had other customers. so i call XPO logistics and they send me to call center that just wants to reschedule for another week day one of us will have to take off work again. (mind you i am at work so i am staying very calm and i also understand that it isn't this call centers persons fault) i ask them can you connect me to someone that can help me further. and they said they couldn't talk to me me anymore and have to have a de escalation team call me.
