Samson Del Barrio: I'm a neighbor downtown and this place has been losing itself slowly. Horrible second shift employees. Two nights in a row I come here to try to restock for a private party and catch myself having to make it to the nearest store because they closed earlier than posted. As the worker comes out he offended me when I asked why they've been closing early day after day. The owner is a great guy but he really needs to hire some new people at night and this business will get back to where it was. They used to be very hospitable and awesome to go to and now I'm just going to avoid them. Definitely lost my business for a long time if not forever.

Levi Vandervelde: I went in late on a Saturday night, asked for a cheap bottle of tequila from the guy behind the counter and he pulled out El Jimador. I said that was fine, and he charged me $31.79 for the 750 ml bottle. I checked and the actual price of that bottle is 16.99. I’m fine paying a premium for the convenient location, but nearly twice the price? I do not think the guy behind the counter was being honest, and he didn’t give me a receipt. Won’t be going back
John Foreman: Sketchy people are frequently out front aggressively pan-handling for money, and management is both contemptuous towards and inattentive to customers waiting to buy things. There are better places to spend your money.
Gagandeep Singh: Just moved in the area, and this is already my go to party store. The mark-ups are a little high, but service is great and it makes sense with the location and no competition around. Spoke with Eric about different spirits and learned a lot!

Rachel Rogalske: Downtown Grand Rapids doesn't have many party stores, so we often come here after a night out to get snacks and drinks on the way home. The staff have always treated us with respect, and were more than helpful in our needs. They have a pretty big supply of everything you would need without being a full-fledged grocery store. If you're looking for more food and drinks, hit up their bar above the store - highly recommended!

Shiva Singh: I was driving through town, my gas light was on and this was the closest place. I was hoping to make it before they closed, right when I pulled in the canopy lights turned off. I thought Id have to continue searching for gas station, but the cashier came out and asked what I needed. Told him I just needed to fill up, he stayed open and kept the pumps on for me. Such a life saver, I’d definitely be a regular if I lived in this area!

Lavita Ransfer: A friend of mine recently got hired a few weeks ago and their alarm didn't go off and they overslept and they jus fired them. But apparently one of their ex coworkers he use to work with knew the manager at this store. My friend was never late they were there like an hour early and they fired them jus cuz they overslept no warning just fired them on the spot. That's not right if you ask me.

TheDrifter889: It’s called a convenience store for a reason, so when I’m walking in playing lotto and apparently only one person can ring it up for about 5 minutes later because of managements abject failure to correct whatever issue they’re now passing onto the customer, this place turned to trash pretty quick after Shannon and the bigger girl left, at least they made me want to patronize, now I won’t.
Kathy Gray: I love this store! The cashiers are always friendly and efficient. You can tell they like their jobs. Store is clean and well stocked. I wish all their locations were run this way. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations but decided to give this place a chance since neighborhood friends spoke highly of it. I’m glad I did.

Pete Anderson: Recently relocated and reopened in the McKay Tower. It is in the lobby and there is no external entrance so it may be hard to find if you don't know it is there. Nothing fancy, just the basics, but there aren't many places to get those things downtown so it is nice to have it back.
