There was no knowledge that this was solely their parking lot and clearly they had no business to attend to that day since they had so much time on their hands to do this. dah bs: Realistically the first couple of months working here is great, you get to travel and see stuff you normally wouldnt " but and i cannot stress this enouph" if you have a family do not work here, i have a strong mechanical background and upon hire i was told by "steve" one of there recruiters that they could match a pay another place offered, i opted to go with triad because thet said our schedule was flexable and i would only need to wait my 90 day probation to get the pay i was promised, i was willing because this company claimed to be family based and they cared, only to find out not only were they unwilling to honor my promise of pay but they also take two hours of work each day so you have to work 50 hrs to make fourty but they also were not paying overtime correctly which hardly matters because of the two hours they take which is your overtime, also they will shedule 8 stops in your day and threaten to find someone else if you cant get to them all,Worst of all if you live in cali everyone at the office goes home by the time your halfway thru your day and if somthing goes wrong your held responsible for not calling even though there is no one to call, their IT guy is a joke, the guy wouldnt know linux from Microsoft if it slapped him in the face, he is the office rat who has so mich time on his hands he watches your gps from the office and takes time off your time card even though he has no clue what hes doing, his security for company software is childs play im sure my 7 year old autistic nephew could hack and his attitude is very poor, the trainer rob is cool and a good guy he will help as much as he can but hes only one guy so he can only do so much i feel bad for my dispatch because she was cool and had to deal with some bs partly because of me, needless to say this company stole thousands from me and kept me from my family and after trying to work things out for a couple months i was told they spoke with their lawyers and on a federal level they were doing no wrong i reminded them of my local state law of which they have to go by and still to insisted no wrong doing and told me to do what i feel i need to to so i filed with the labor board, shortly after i terminated and told my services were no longer needed due to attendance after working over time the prior week, the only time i took off close to that was when my wife and my 1 year old son were sick to take care of them, needless to say after following up with the labor board i recieved the money i was owed ..... Do not let this company take advantage of you there ok to work for but set guidlines and make suere there honored
