Abhishek Dixit: Comfortable and clean hotel. Location is very good. One of the drawback is that it has very less vegetarian options. It would be nice if they add some more vegetarian (eggless & without fish) options in the menu. Overall it’s one of the best hotel in grand rapids.
SirSnipe: It is difficult to find a nice place to enjoy the atmosphere. All of the protected outdoor areas are designated for the restaurant, and very little space was given to hotel guests.Rooms: Very nice small-efficient rooms. Large bathroom tub.
Jonathan Klinger: We always love staying at the JW Marriott in downtown GR. This most recent visit was a quick overnight but I want to give a special shout-out to TJ at the front desk. He went well above and beyond to help us leave a surprise welcome gift in a friends room upon check-in two days after we departed. He could have easily declined but instead helped me come up with a fun and creative way to leave this surprise. These are the little details that matter and will bring us (and our friends) back in the future!

Lady X: I booked a room for family to stay while they visited from out of town. They had best stay ever and the front desk staff was super helpful during booking. They were even able to accommodate an early check-in after my family arrived on a red-eye flight early in the morning.
