Both are very excited each Tuesday and Thursday to attend class.I have observed a better attitude and both have advanced to Yellow belt.Both are stronger mentally and physically.Grandmaster Kwon is a delightful person and I enjoy watching him teach all the participants. Amy Gross: So I found what I wanted on their website and it said it was in stock. Unfortunately it was available "in store only" but when I got to the store they didn't have it at all. I hate their website! It is so inaccurate.
Skip Spencer: Clearance racks posted all items $14.95 or less. Not the case, as MOST items were priced above $15. Bought it to the attention of an employee, but just got some lame excuse about to many clothes, blah, blah, blah.
Michele Redden: Was not at all happy, I do see why the mall is practically empty when you enter a store and you're followed from rack to rack. Is this your stores policy for everyone or just people of color.
Jim Burns: I love this place, great employees, helpful, knowledgeable, well stocked store. I thought cabelas was good, I was mistaken. Cabelas is broken in the technology area, web site, app, in store tech and you get to wait alot there. Dunhams is quick and a pleasure to do business with.
Kevin Bradley: Nice store with decent selection. However, did not appreciate the rude security guard or employee in the store (not exactly sure what his role is) who came and stood in the aisle while I attempted to try on jackets. When asking him if he knew the location of a mirror, he seemed to get even more agitated with me. I would encourage Dunhams management to foster a more inviting environment for customers. Understand that theft is a major issue but not all of us are looking to steal merchandise. I actually ended up purchasing the jacket. However, I likely will not return.

Jeff Riddle: WORLD CLASS. My wife and I recently attended a seminar for self defense reasons and were blown away. The owner/teacher Craig Gray clearly knows martial arts but perhaps more importantly, he's an outstanding teacher. He's patient, supportive, and creates a learning environment that's inclusive of all ages, genders, shapes, and sizes.In addition, the seminar was comprised of a community of the nicest people that went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.... a testament to Craig and his effort to shape a culture of support and inclusion. I was so impressed that I decided to join the academy and it's been the same experience with every class since.Highly recommend Ronin Krav Maga for those looking for an inclusive, safe place to learn effective self defense.
brandyn brown: Confidence and clarity are what I gain by training at the academy. What to protect, how to protect, and why we protect are themes that are interwoven throughout each class. And while physical fitness is not the primary focus, it's definitely a huge added benefit to attending classes. You don't have to be an athlete to train here, but you will feel like one if you do.

The class is challenging yet empowering as he teaches skills with ethical clarity and the class culture embodies a Protector community. They have them all... But... The treadmills... They have a lot of rich people treadmills... But I just started running. 200 miles. Anyways... They only had one I would buy. But at 700 bucks and 2.5 hp engine it was a deal. Did not look at clothes. The whole middle of store is jam packed with clothes.

Nothing was refunded as promised. Basically, lost $25 and driving time/gas money for absolutely nothing. They’re totally disorganized and promises not kept.

Micaela Ontiveros: I placed an online order and received an email stating the shoes were no longer in stock. I called the Grand Rapids location to double check and I received confirmation that the shoes were in stock. Along with confirming they were in stock, the associate confirmed the size, color, and overall design of the shoes and stated he brought them up to the front desk and Customer Service would be able to assist. Given that I do not live in the area I wanted to double check prior to making the drive and I was given confirmation all would be good to go.Upon arriving to the store the associates that helped stated the shoes were not in stock and I would have to connect with customer service if I would like a refund.I do not need a refund however I’m annoyed that I asked to confirm the shoes were in stock so I did not waste time driving, and that’s exactly what happened. I understand errors happen but do not tell me that you have the shoes in hand and you’re taking them to customer service for when I arrive and then tell me they’re not in stock.
