I looked around and saw that big lots had the same exact mattress and frame for $1050. I saved more than $1000. I guess that’s what happens when you have salesmen who are commissioned.

Chris Hawkins: I wanted to wait until we tried our bed first before I reviewed but I can honestly say after a week of sleeping on our new bed that I wish I had bought it sooner! Our Manchester mattress is top notch and I can't even tell you the last time I slept so well! Our salesman Jeff was awesome and something that I appreciated most about him is that it felt as though he wasn't trying to sell me a mattress. He allowed the mattress to sell itself to me. Overall it's been a great experience from the start and when it's time to upgrade our mattress again, I know where I'll be returning.
Free-Range Rick: I regret doing business here. My bed started to sag after only a couple months. They seemed anxious to help but when it went to email the communication showed and went to a stop. I'm not even close to exceeding the warranty but nothing is being done. I'll have to buy a new mattress after spending a lot for this mattress ($1300).

Cheyenne 323: It was a great experience overall. I was able to get into Mattress Firm (4497 28th St SE, Kentwood, MI 49512)during Easter weekend (4/8/2023) and buy a mattress that would be delivered the following week. The only problems I had were I was given an 2 hour window (which I was not allowed to pick because the route is premade for the delivery drivers) from when they were supposed to deliver the mattress (12:45 to 2:45pm) and they didn’t deliver the mattress until 3pm which was pretty good in my opinion considering traffic but then after they delivered the mattress they were supposed to set it up in my home because I had bought the premium package (which included a free in home set up of an adjustable base (which I did buy) and up to 3 mattress sets) but they left. I understand that the distribution center is in Detroit, MI and I’m in Grand Rapids, MI which is over a 2 hour drive not to mention the multiple stops they had to make before mine but it was disappointing nonetheless. So I called and I was told they couldn’t turn around to put the base and mattress together and that the next time they would be able to do that was Sunday (4/16/2023). It was delivered Wednesday (4/12/2023). Unfortunately the refund is going to take 14 business days and I had to put the base together but other than that bump it was a great overall experience!

No one had a bed frame available to buy the same day; all were backordered for weeks and even months.when i called mark's i had to leave a message because they weren't open yet- and i got a call back within minutes from the owner saying "yes we have what you need, come on down."When i got there they remembered who i was and what i wanted, and i was in and out within ten minutes.AND i still got a better deal than the other store offered me.i am definitely recommending these guys to anyone thats shopping around for a good local company.

Scott was awesome with getting back to me right away after my first inquiry, very friendly and helpful! Joe met me at BoxDrop for my appointment time and sweetened the deal by introducing me to his sweet pup that he had on-site. It honestly made my day. Joe hooked me up with a pillow top queen mattress for $350. Was in and out with my mattress in 20 minutes. Definitely stop here first if youre in the market for a new mattress. They have a few couches there too. Cant recommend enough, huge shout out to Joe!!
