Shaela Hardiman: Capitol Supply and service goes above and beyond always! My favorite person to work with is Amanda she is AMAZING!! They always have everything in stock, & quick to get answers for me. Delivery time is always right on time! I will absolutely continue to use them for everything we need for our home! They do not disappoint!
Greg Long: My thermocouple went out on my furnace, and they came out the same day and replaced it. Techs are very friendly and knowledgeable and have offered valuable advice over the years on how to keep my 25-year-old mobile home furnace running smoothly. I wouldn't use anyone else.

And all I can say is top notch all the way extremely professional informative and did an amazing job. In a time in America we're good customer service is scarce was very impressed with the way these individuals handle themselves and act. Would strongly recommend them to anyone!
Nate Ryan: I called inquiring an estimate to change my a/c lines. I was told I’d have to pay a service fee of 125 for the first half hour and 50 for each additional half hour.I was charged the 125 service fee and an additional 75 for labor to be told that I need my lines replaced. Was told that it would cost 700 plus labor.I basically just gave them $200 to come and tell me exactly what I told them.

Rob C.: They came out Saturday morning 2/26/22 to fix my furnace. The tech charged me $215 to essentially push a button. That started the furnace but didn't fix the problem. Today is 3/1/22 and my furnace doesn't work at all. They also quoted me over $7K for new furnace and a/c units. I won't be using them.
John Webster: Contacted them about fixing the problem with our furnace. After replacing thermostat and paying the service fee for the first visit and having a total of 4 visits were told it had to be a problem with the duct work under the trailer and would cost $600($150/hr for 4 hour job that might /probably won't fix the job we contacted another company to get a second opinion. They came and easily fixed the problem all we paid was $69 for their service fee and for the part they (capitol) didn't replace when they blew the motor in the first place and replaced. Definitely wouldn't use capitol again or recommend to any one.Techs also didn't wear masks or cover shoes.
James Rex: Went to purchase a new igniter for my furnace. Provided model, serial number, and relevant information. Man behind the counter says they don’t carry that part but he ran it through his system and found the same part by different manufacturer that will work on my furnace. I take ignitor home, pull out my current ignitor, look in box and see it’s not the right replacement without ever even removing new ignitor from the box. I go to return but am directed to a no returns side that was blocked from my view the first time I arrived. So, their system told me the wrong part despite me telling them the exact furnace make and serial number and because the part “left the building” I had to eat the cost. This wasn’t my error and I find it incredibly unprofessional I wasn’t given any courtesy in regards to their return policy for a part I was told would fit in my furnace. Never returning, extremely disappointed. But if anyone wants a furnace ignitor I’ll give you mine so it doesn’t get thrown into the trash next to this place’s customer service.Update: Followed up with customer service and was compensated for the purchase. Grateful for Linda for listening and working to find a solution. Thank you.

Jordan White: Installed new furnace and added A/C to our manufactured home. They arrived when they said they would, were very friendly, explained how to run the system, and did a great job on the installation. I would definitely recommend them for future HVAC work for mobile and manufactured homes!
Lee Hodder: Not satisfied with unit that was installed In my home after paying $2,500 for a unit install, after completion I was told my unit can only be turned down to 70° why would I want a unit that can't keep my house cold. Could of bought window units and saved $1,800

Tom Higbee: UPDATE. Had Capitol come back for a scheduled upgrade. We had a lot of trouble with our older furnace pilot going out. Capitol made two upgrades and we have not had to light the pilot since. I do hope you will give Capitol a try, these folks know what they are doing. FIVE STARS AGAIN! Five star all the way! Just had furnace repired, very happy with the service. Arrived when promised and repairs made quickly. The bill did not break the budget. I will be calling Capitol from now on.

john mokma: Helped us out on a weekend. Was helpful and curtious. Our blower went out in our furnace making our a.c. not work. He had what we needed to get it repaired on a Saturday. Our family has a lot of allergies and it is not good for us to open the windows and let in the outside air.

Sarah Russell: This place is a joke!!! They take no accountability for the houses they are selling!!! I reached out the very next day after purchasing a home about damages and the fact that the lady broke the contract. They will bug you about money even if your contract says the purchase is contingent on the sale of personal home. No class..... Completely disappointed thought I was doing something right for my family now we have to more money into the home then what it's worth.
