Liam Adams: Put in an inquiry before they opened for a supposed faulty charging port. They replied BEFORE they even opened and gave me a diagnosis for something stuck in the port. When I went in, the guy at the counter was super nice and cleaned out my charger port in less than 5 minutes. I wish I could give 6 stars.

D Wood: If you are in a bad spot and need your phone fixed then Zak is the man to see. I accidentally dropped my phone and had a cracked screen. I called Lake effect phone repair and they were able to have my phone repaired in one hour. They’re located in downtown grand Rapids but I drove from Rockford for his service and I would do it again.
