Kenzie Kaelyn: about 2 years ago i was really wanting to be a model and this agency was the closest one to me so my mom paid for headshots then when i was accepted i was never contacted or emailed or nothing so we wasted our money on this place well i was ugly but i’m less ugly now so if they contacted to do newer headshots or something in the past 2 years it would have been nice

Ciara: Got signed July of 2019, even used the photographer they recommended for professional photos for the website, cost me $500 too. The photographer sent them over to the agency but I never heard back from the agency and was never added to their roster online. Called a couple months later and she said she was busy with adding other models ahead of me. Over a year later still not contacted or added even though I had signed a contract. Super big waste of money and time. Wish I had just went with a different agency.

Someone earlier today posted a review that’s so beyond not accurate (Sunny Sunny said that this is a 1 Star business, said “rushed” and not worth it — and they only said that because they’re a want-to-be model and haven’t gotten a response from the agency after leaving 95 voicemails, countless emails, and knocking on closed business doors during a pandemic with no mask) — not okay, and not an accurate description of such an amazing locally owned business.Unique is by far the best agency I’m signed with in the state of Michigan. Like anywhere, it took me several tries to earn the privilege of being signed there. The times I was not signed I always left with advice and pointers so that when I went back I was just that much better. Then I got signed! The class offered by Mary is very informative and amazing for anyone looking to become a model in a state that can be very difficult to get jobs in. Both Mary and Vonda care SO much about their talent, safety is always top priority, and in an agency where I’m just one small piece....I can honestly say that I feel personally known and cared for as a talent and as a person.I could go on and on with examples as to why anyone should go here looking for talent or looking to be signed as talent. Letting one seemingly jealous person bring a rating for such a great business down was not going to fly by me. So, that being said, 10/10 recommend Unique Models and Talent.
