We had great communication during the entire process and he worked quickly to get us into our house right before the holidays. The day of signing, Drew was unable to join and instead we worked with Jon. This experience wasn’t up to the standard we had previously been met with. Jon only addressed my fiancé (a man) even though I was equally contributing to the purchase. He also made some off hand comments that we didn’t think were appropriate during such an important meeting for us.Drew saw my initial review and quickly reached out to both my fiancé and I to try to make it right. I don't think these people sleep as they are always available. They gave great directions in improving our credit score. When it came time to close, they gave us the date weeks in advance. We had a few minor bumps which were quickly resolved, and we closed on the date they said we would. Laura Goforth: As the above person mentioned, Zack was incompetent. His appraisal came in lower than the price so that I had to pay $15K additional out of pocket after the initial down payment on the new build. I knew the rate would go up, because 2022. The week of the closing, he decided that I needed twice the cash to close than had been discussed. My bank and Schwab told me that the amount of paperwork to prove the transfer was more than expected. My insurance agent couldn't understand his repeated requests for paperwork already sent. THEN the closing was delayed because they couldn't finish the underwriting which they wouldn't commit to until after I had made hotel reservations.

His initial response to my request for my credit report was, “I was able to pull your credit but I am not allow to share the physical report with you by law. Happy to go through it with you on the phone though.”This is shallow business practice. If you allow anyone to access your credit using your social security number, you are entitled to your report. This is poor practice, and a scam at best to get as much money from you as they can. STAY AWAY.If they cannot answer basic questions after giving your social, they are bad news. Stay away!!!
