Michaela Lytle: I’ve been here twice within the past 6 months, the prices online still haven’t been changed and I ended up paying $20-$35 more than what the online price displays. My first visit was okay, I got what I wanted but my pinky nail broke within a couple hours. This visit my nails are all different lengths, I have gaps on my thumbs, and one of my fingernails is tilted upwards. She kept looking at it so I know she knew it didn’t look right, but she didn’t say anything or offer to fix it. I should have said something, but I usually just put up with it if something is wrong. I think they all need better training and then the salon would be worth the price! I will not be coming back.Service:Acrylic nails

Abby Parry: i have never been to a nail salon so rude. i came in today for a simple shellac manicure. the lady doing my nails up-charged me for gel polish, when i specifically asked for shellac. then as she is doing my nails she is rude & shoving my hands around. she made my cuticle bleed. the files and buffing block she used were not sanitized at all. in the end my nails are uneven, not shaped & essentially bleeding. then when i left (after i paid for the up-charge without saying anything), she asks for a tip! incredibly unprofessional & borderline unsanitary from start to finish, i would not recommend.Service:Gel manicures

Adel Emperor: This all started with a basic pedi and regular polish which is between $45-55, left spending $70+ and this is what happened. First, they told me 5 dollars extraSecond. They then told me 10 minutes later that it was 25 dollars more!Third. I had to change my polish color 3 times bc of this pricing and add ons.Fourth. She removed my polish and then told me it was an extra charge not before she removed AFTER!Sixth. I have polish on my SKIN! That they didn’t fix. Which I brought all of this up during my appointment with my mother in law, we go out to relax and catch up just us and we explained that to them and it was not anywhere near relaxing, mind you there were services not offered when I asked, no discount was applied like you get for first timers, my mother in law looked at her toes and one toes was bleeding. worst experience I’ve had with a nail salon. I appreciated that the nail tech poured the dip powder into a little cup, rather than having everyone use the same jar to dip into. Of course, I have no Idea if she threw away the excess (I hope) or dumped it right back into the container after I left.

Checked in and was told because I was late (it was 511pm) at this point he had already taken a different client. However no one was at the beginning part of getting nails done. Then told me to sit and the next tech would help me. A walk in who was behind me in line got sat and started. Again I made an appointment a week ago. Mind you no courtesy call and I was within 5 min of appointment. Horrible customer service I’ll take my money elsewhere and suggest you do the same. Keep in mind I’m black and the walk in was white. Do what you want with that info
Lila Kelly: I recently went to Posh Nails with my sister and her friend for my sister's birthday. My sister and I both got a french manicure on our natural nails and her friend got the NexGen Gel french manicure. Two days after we got our nails done, the nail polish chipped on my nails. My manicure was 35 dollars, and I was hoping it would last a little longer before it chipped. My nails chipped significantly more, and the white was almost all gone on my thumb nail. I was very disappointed, but I do have good things to say about the salon. The salon was well-kept and clean. The nail techs were very nice and polite. The appointment wasn't too long without it feeling rushed. The three of us had a very fun time, and I am glad, but I would pick a different salon next time. Anna Tucker: I read all the reviews and took a shot in the dark to go here. Very lovely place and the lady who did my nails was so sweet! I showed her an inspiration picture and she had the color i wanted. She put the tips on and the acrylic powder and was fine. I noticed my thumb nails and one of my ring fingers was crooked and i politely asked her to fix it and she tried to but i think it made it worse. Now one thumb nail is shorter than the other and both are crooked When she started filling them she cut my skin around my thumb and didn’t notice till she went back over it and i flinched. It even bled and she was shocked. Overall wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t super happy with the way my thumbs turned out and being cut.

Lindy Morren: My friend just called to book an appointment and the women who answered the phone was very rude. My friend asked if she could come in at a certain time and got short one word answers. When she asked if there was another time she could come in she said “We’re really busy and short staffed.” and then asked the next available time. She got in response “Not tomorrow.” My friend was very shocked. Maybe the quality of PLC nails is good, but we were not impressed with their customer service.

Rachael Snyder: I would rate it zero stars if I could. They don’t let you know that it’s cash only before the service, nor do they have a sign. After my service I went to pay and she said no to my card and said cash only. I was flustered and said they should have a sign to inform people. She smiled and said “I know” with a big grin. She told me to go to the ATM around the shopping center and come back. I went to the ATM and it was out of order. So I had to drive 20 minutes home and back to get my check book to write a check. When I returned and I explained what an awful experience this was they said “oops sorry”. I will never return.Not to mention they have a fish in the fish tank that is genuinely the size of the fish tank. It’s probably a two foot fish in a 2 foot 2 inch tank. Made my heart sink.

I have been going to Salsa for the past three months and I have been charge inconsistent prices. The board prices never reflects what they are charging for. My first time for a new set for $40. First fill $32. First design $65. Second design and fill $78. My second fill design, two of my nails broke less than two weeks. Took them off and came back today and ask for a new set French tip. Salsa does what she wants to my nails and. I asked for a deluxe pedicure with no polish, they wanted to charge me $60. I asked for a new set French nails and want to charge me $52 because she wanted to do the powder and the shellac. Not one time ask me if it was okay for her to charge me that. I drive one hour away and I still get charge and they don’t have consistent prices. Today is my last day and will never go back again. When I asked her when would it be my turn…she said I don’t have time to do your nails!I waited for another 20 minutes…if I had not paid $40.00 for a fill the day before I would have left! I really liked coming here, but will not be back due to the rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Also, they did a worse job on my French manicure. So disappointed! Amy Croff: Went for manicure with a friend then pedicure later the same day. Both visits were excellent! Soooo many colors to choose from. Massage chair was divine. Nearly 3 weeks later and the tiny flowers are still on. The ladies painting designs are so artistic.

Went back and the bubbles were fixed but the woman who finished them did them differently than they were done initially so 4 nails were different. She was very rude and short acting so I just accepted it and let. The next day one nail snapped off from scratching my skin. Dannielle Norton: I just want to start this off by saying, I tried really hard to understand my nail technicians perspective- however this story only goes from bad to worse. At the beginning I asked the woman doing my nails to be gentle bc Im a frequent addict of acyrlic nails, however she was nothing but rough with me the entire 2 hours i was there. i felt as if my cuticles were being sliced off by freddy krueger himself. I showed her a simple design which she said she could do so i trusted her w my nails but when she was finishing, it was nothing close to my design so i asked her to take it off and just keep it legally blonde style (pink pink) She seemed irritated with me and basically slapped the pink on my nails, it was so globbed on all you could see was clumps of nail polish. at that point i was so mentally drained, cuticles slaughtered, that I just complied but then that she charged me $60 and sent me away. I did not want ogre nails. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed for $30. All in all i spent over a 100$ (w tip) for the most basic nail design i would have been better off getting an amazon nail stamp than going to the unelite nail salon.Service:Acrylic nails

I got a shellac fill on my nails on a Sunday and had a male tech here who must have not known how to do a fill on nails with tips bc they all broke a few days later they started breaking. Also it was a unusual really fast shellac fill service so I’m sure that has something to do with it. They should take they’re time more instead of rushing.
