Dawn Blohm: I’d give zero stars if I could. I never get the Sunday paper delivered unless I call and complain. Then half the time it doesn’t get delivered at all

Randy Peterson: I called when the replacement for the Grand Valley Advance (an advertising section of the Grand Rapids Press) stopped being delivered. I called Mlive about the issue and they gave me two different phone numbers, one a recording asking for money for a pre-paid calling account and the other number disconnected. Mlive's help in this delivery matter is less than useless. They blocked my home phone number so I couldn't call them back after they gave me the first bogus number. Then I called on my cell phone and they gave me the second bogus number. Mlive is a scam.
Gail Cigler: Critical:ResponsivenessOrdered paper on a Tuesday to be delivered Sunday. No paper by 9:30am. Neighbors all got theirs. Called and responded to recording. 11:25 still no paper. Dry poor service. Especially for a new customer.

Kim Vandergalien: Got an email with a deal on Thursday and Sunday delivery. Called to order. First guy screwed up an never placed order. Called again. Second guy got it ordered and the Thanksgiving paper delivered by special request since first guy screwed up. Got Sunday paper just fine. Then the second Thursday paper (11/29) never came. Tried to call and got automated system that said they could not deliver me the paper and to call back tomorrow (11/39). This is why I cancelled two years ago. The service stinks and it's hard to get a hold of anyone. Looks like I'll be cancelling again already. Will NOT recommend The Press to anyone.

Bonnie Wiersma: Worst customer service. On hold for great lengths of time with scratchy static music from the movie Sting. No one ever comes on the line . Bad service too. Sunday October 14, 2018 for example. I got 2 sections of paper along with ads. No o e cares. I pay for this service. No wonder people cancel delivery

Dominic Scorziello: It's happened AGAIN! No Sunday paper and all you get is an automated line. My wife and daughter were hoping to read and take with them as they head out for the day. The automated line said it will be replaced, however, if it is not here in 20 minutes it does them no good. This is why I dropped subscription the first time.
