That would of killed me BTW. Next day Doctor changed my time of being there knowing work was paying me, thank God my dash cam was on to prove the time I was there. I have the new (13 on your side) and my lawyer looking into this mess.

Rexanne Montague: This place is a joke. Came in for the doctor to look at my hand and I have been here 4 1/2 hours. John was my nurse and it took him three hours just to do a urine test. Seen the doctor one hour after I got here. Big joke.

Virtual Assistant-Paralegal: Under staffed like most medical facilities (since the pandemic). Presiding Physician Burst into the examining room as I was explaining to the Medical Assistant my medical history, and why I was having difficulties performing breathalyzer task. Physician was very hostile, rude and unprofessional. Front Office Intake Clerk and Medical Assistant were pleasant staff members.

g wallace: I've been here twice now and I don't see why the reviews are so low. I came in for my DOT med card. I called prior to visiting and spoke with Amanda on the phone. She informed me they were walk in only for this. She said it usually takes about an hour. I went in at around 1220 and filled out my paperwork. I was leaving at 110 with my med card in hand. Everyone was very prompt and we moved they the process quickly.There's another local one I won't mention that has far better reviews that I've also been to 3x and have waited over 2 hours just to be seen where I got halfway done and was left in a room for an hour waiting for the doctor.I'll be going to Med 1 Breton for all my physicals and hopefully anything else work related from here on in.

Jessica Edwards: I did not appreciate the care I received here the two times I was here this year. When I say this, I am referring to the staff and how they simply were not friendly nor welcoming with me. My second visit here this year, I had one of the nurses come into the room after doc was all done with me and I asked her a question for clarity and she said “CASE CLOSED” with a specific louder tone as if she was implying something. I know that I respect and honor others well and That still holds true with this team and staff. With that being said, I don’t appreciate how I was talked to here and am not a fan of my experiences here at this Med One. Also, if it’s because you hate your job… why are you there?! Food for thought.

Kori Nelson: My husband came in today for a breathing test where the nurse informed him that he “wasn’t trying hard enough” and that it was a “waste of her time” she continued to be nasty and rude until he left his appointment completely. I don’t recommend coming here, as they will not only disrespect you but they don’t have enough sense to know that someone whose occupation involves being around dust and asbestos may not be able to use their full lung capacity. The most unprofessional nurse we’ve ever come across.

Kiley Wilber: Had to take someone from out of town there because that's were his work makes them go if injured on the job. Receptionist was rude and wouldn't give anyone a mask unless that's who was being seen. 90 degree day and have to sit outside. How does a medical facility not have masks at the entrance or any for people to wear?!

Melinda Browne: The wait was short which was about the only thing I was impressed by. I could barely hear my name being called to be seen. The nurse didn't even come out to be visible so you knew where you were going. The nurse was extremely quiet and talked fast and then looked annoyed when I didn't do what she asked right after she finished talking. Definitely felt like a number and like I wasn't really wanted there.

Clarissa Dawson: They are rude and I think its unprofessional to be asking me while in the small waiting room loud if I had my covid19 vaccinated. It's not for everyone in the small waiting room to know if I had it or not. But the nurse that assisted with my services was awesome.

Family Fare Is Bad: The person who took my drug test failed to tell me whatsoever that I couldn’t leave the building or the test would be canceled, and I lost my job because of it. That man should not be working there.

Tyler Wiley: Recently visited for work related Injury. Asked the PA if she could do something for me about work since I had been in contact with both my grandparents that tested positive for influenza-A. She said she couldn't do anything because I was there for my knee checkup. Which was fine. What WASNT fine was me walking back to the reception desk, waiting to be seen to start my physical therapy, having to hear three of the woman laughing about me asking to have the PA help me with notifying work I was sick. Saying, right in front of me but not directly to me, "yep gotta go to work bud" and then laughing. I'm not a child, I take care of 3 elderly adults, in my own paid off house. When I have to call off work it's a huge impact on my finances and I don't appreciate the characterization that I was some KID trying to get out of working. Furthermore I don't appreciate the PA gossiping about anything I tell her in a closed room. What I speak to her about is no one else's business and surely isn't the business of her immature coworkers. Incredibly unprofessional and reminded me of 9th graders in highschool instead of adults working in the healthcare field. If I didn't have to go here for my work to pay for my medical bills I'd never step foot in there again.
