M P: I just had a great oil change because 1 employee really went above and beyond. Store opened 10 minutes late because the manager was late. Not ideal, but Fabian came out in the rain to let me know they'd be late.Not only that, but he started checking my car in the rain while waiting for the store to open. Not only that, but he was already changed in his work clothes when he arrived so he was instantly ready to start working on my car. After working for 5 minutes, he realized he hadn't clocked in yet. He was so focused on making sure that I was taken care of that he wasn't even getting paid!

Real Person: Came in Wednesday night and thought my car was acting up due to needing an oil change and they looked at it a bit before beginning any work and told me they didn’t feel comfortable changing the oil in the state my car was in and that they’d feel better if I had it towed to a mechanic. They pulled the code things from the car for me and let me write them down to give to the mechanic and even gave me a name of a local place down the road they trust. Who ever was working at 6:30 on Wednesday thank you for your support. They offered me to stay inside with my daughter while we waited for the tow and even offered to stay after close with me until the tow truck got there. This was my first visit at Valvoline and I had a wonderful experience. Brad was very kind, informative, and treated me with lots of respect (especially for someone who clearly had little understanding of car knowledge). I felt that pricing was fair and the timing was reasonable given that they were down a lane, which is unusual for their shop. I would recommend this location to others and look forward to returning.

I came in on a whim this morning to get my fluids checked on vehicle I'd bought and ended up getting coolant flush. I'll tell you Darreyl, Mike and Todd are awesome. Agustin Parraguez: I recently went to this location for an oil change for my ‘16 Honda Civic and the employees were nice enough but it was a lot of younger guys who didn’t seem too focused on the work, more chatting amongst themselves. As soon as I left my tire pressure indicator came on, I manually checked the tire pressure only to find it below the tire rated PSI of 44. The next day from getting my oil change, I noticed some scraping on the bottom of my vehicle only to find out that they hadn’t screwed my oil pan backed in properly and 6 out of the 7 screws were missing. I had to jerry rig the pan back on myself until I could get it to the dealership to put new screws back-in. I’m really disappointed because I’ve been to this location and they have always done a solid job but it looks like the employees I’m used to seeing weren’t there for quality control. It seems like the callouts/checks they make during the service are not done to verify work was done correctly but a kind of going through the motions to cover themselves for liability of poor workmanship. On top of all this the TVs that are normally on during your service were off so I couldn’t really see what they were doing in the undercarriage of my vehicle…. I’ll probably stick to getting changes at the dealership from now on.

I went back again (only to ask them for a discount) and they only covered what I had to pay to fix their last mistake. They switched people 3 different times so the next person had to be updated where it was at.... horrible. Today I decided to give them a 2nd chance, bad decision. I got there at 8:30am , they had me pull right in then after a few minutes proceed to tell me they can't log into their system. I understand that isn't their fault but why have the doors open flagging people in knowing their system is down!!
Eric Braun: Took over 1.5 hours when there was only two cars ahead of me. At least 8 workers wandering around with little to no supervision and nobody telling anybody what to do. Checking their phones and talking instead of helping customers get through.....By far the worst and slowest service I've received from any valvoline location. I will never come back to this one and will drive further away in the future.

annette mayton: Dishonest and unethical. Recently took our BMW to be serviced as other places were unavailable. We love supporting small businesses and hope for the best. They did an entire oil change on our vehicle, broke the oil cap and did not inform us that they had done so. Within less than 24 hours we were alerted by notifications on our vehicle that something was wrong. We then took it to another service center that informed us, that this is very common with places like this, especially this location, and that they should have to cover the cost of damaging it. My husband then went to the service center. They apologized and informed him the gentleman was fired for his poor service and problems with him in the past. They said they would cover it. My husband never heard back. Went back a few days later, only to find the same gentleman there, not fired and they treated him very poorly. They then lied and said he never had an oil change only had his oil topped off, which was a complete lie when we had a bill well over $100 , the receipt to prove it. We were then charged $229 to fix what they broken cap and now we have contacted corporate. I really hope this can be resolved and that I can leave a review that they handled this the correct way, unlike how the staff has as of recent.

LaTanya Jara: Disappointed! I went this morning for my standard oil change. I asked about the normal price that I receive. The young lady "Shelby" whom which identified herself as the assistant manager was rude and very dismissive. I asked when the shop manager would be available to follow up with my concerns, she told me that information isn't available. I followed my inquiry up with asking for a regional manager and was told that the buck pretty much stops with her. I was beyond shocked as I've been a faithful customer for years. Terrible customer service from her, horrible representation of the business.****I had the opportunity to speak with the manager Ben. He listened to my experience and believably apologized. I trust that he did in fact use the situation as a teachable moment for the young lady that I encountered. Due to the corrections that were made, I am glad to change my one review to a five! Um noooo 6 cars spent half hour waiting, finally left. Loosing a faithful customer here. Time to find a new place. Not happy!

My oil lantern light kept coming on so I had my son-in-law, who is a mechanic check it said there was no oil in the car. 81$ he charged me. He looked for leaks found none, I recommend if you use this company you check your oil the minute you leave there that was an expensive cost for me and not getting oil in my car…….if there’s any damage to my engine I’ll be suing you
TJ Kelly: Have came to this location every 4-6 weeks for an oil change as I am on the road 1,000+ a week. The previous time Inhad left due to them not having the oil my vehicle needed, but offered a full synthetic for $20 more which didn’t make sense for me to do with the amount of driving I do. This time and last time I will be there, I pulled up to the door that didn’t have a vehicle in front of it as there is not much room as it is. The technician finished with the car that was in the bay I was in line for first and then came out and asked me to move so the other car could go ahead of me. If I am in line at a fast food chain and the other line moves faster they don’t come out and play musical cars because the other guy was here first. It’s a quick oil change facility? It seems they have had staffing changes or I came on the wrong days because I do not see familiar faces from previous visits. After leaving twice now without an oil change I won’t be back and just can’t recommend them at this point.Service:Oil change

The online hours for this location said that hours may vary due to it being the day before thanksgiving. I called the store to confirm they were open and the jack*** who answered the phone said “I have cars in the parking lot and guys inside… clearly we are open.” When I arrived the open sign was OFF. After arriving and pulling into the garage the same guy was like “yeah usually when the light is off it means we are closed” and I responded “your light was off”. Bobby: I pulled in with my malibu and asked him to check my transmission I own a 2012 malibu. In order to check my Trans you have to loosen the check fill bolt located underneath the car. This one was almost around the corner so I decided too. Am I glad I did. What a pleasant surprise! I drove in, they opened their garage door and I pulled in. They were young but treated me with respect. They greeted me and I told them what I needed. They gad the job done within 10 minutes while I sat inside my car enjoying my music. Honestly I didn’t know what to expect. They rang me up, I paid and was on my way! I couldn’t believe it. It cost me about $20 more than what I’m used to paying but the convenience was WORTH it!!! I’m used to waiting about an hour when I go elsewhere. I have been back to them for FREE air in my tires. I will definitely return for oil changes. The entire experience was worth it!
