They messed up the dated and the order was rushed and was total garbage!! Kathleen is rude, inconsiderate and a general tool when it comes to customer service.Speaking to an operations manager named Megan was no help at all. There are so many wonderful floral shops in Grand Rapids that charge less and do a lot better work!! Please if you have an event coming up that's important to you, don't use Eastern Floral for ANYTHING!!!

Ashton Parsons: Yeah wow, I ordered flowers for same day delivery at maybe 1am this morning and boom a gorgeous arrangement showed up for $20 cheaper than the initial quote. Only issue I had was the “call upon arrival” instructions I left for delivery but the delivery regardless was perfect and discrete so thankfully the recipient is gonna be surprised. Rachelle: I would be cautious when ordering for delivery. Their policy is they wont leave it at the door so if you aren't home they will not deliver. I suspect they did not notify the purchaser of this. They dropped flowers in the leasing office despite being expressly asked not to instead of leaving them inside the secured entry of the recipients building. They will only leave it with a person-even if that person isn't the intended recipient. (They then called back to say they didn't get contact for either the purchaser or recipient so they can't even let them know that flowers were delivered for them).The flowers are beautiful though! Hope the girl they are for gets them eventually-though it might not be until Monday because the office they dropped the flowers in is locked all weekend!
