The process is a big commitment with lots of visits so this was extremely helpful. The flexibility granted made scheduling so much easier. As far as progress, we couldn’t be happier. We were new to all of this and we’re ‘coached’ through every step of the way. Jonathan Bassett: First and foremost - I am writing a review after my experience here in early 2018, versus my experience at Miller Orthodontist (also on Cascade RD). Being said, things may have changed here.At Karl, I requested an appointment for Invisalign. Yes, we spoke about it, but due to my jaw clenching the Invisalign trays would "not be able to stay on." I was told my only option would be braces. While vaguely considering braces, I was told I was given a "deal" with the price, but I had 24 hours to decide and sign a document. Also, 24 hours to decide to open a Care Credit credit card (29.99% interest rate), since my insurance did not cover it. I felt like I was buying a car with a pushy salesman. Not wanting have adult braces, I decided it wasn't worth it...Glad I did not go with it.Fast forward to June 2021 - I went to Miller Orthodontics, after a recommendation from my dentist. I went 2.5 years thinking I would never be able to have Invisalign. Guess what? Dr. Miller actually recommended Invisalign over braces in my situation. It's February 2022 now, my smile not only looks great without braces, but my bite has been fixed and I am clenching less. In addition, there was no credit card or pressure to make a decision in 24 hours for a "deal." I simply have installments; no credit card or interest. I ended up actually saving $1-1.5k with Invisalign at Miller, compared to braces at Karl. The timeline was also shorter with Invisalign.To end, why was I told something so outrageously false? That my trays "wouldn't be able to stay on," due to my bite and clenching? Perhaps the technology has dramatically changed over the past 2.5 years, but I feel like I was lied to. The trays are so tight it is hard to take off sometimes. I assume trays have been tight invention. How else would they be able to move teeth?If Dr. Karl wasn't as familiar with Invisalign, why not just admit that? As stated, I went years thinking my only option were braces after my experience here. I wouldn't have needed to leave this long detailed review 4 years later.

The staff is so friendly and always make sure to take the time to engage with every patient and parent. Appointments are easy to make and the environment is clean and inviting.

Ben Hamlin: Went in twice for a retainer repair only to have it never fixed $150 later. My teeth have moved and hurt now and I went to another orthodontist. I felt very pressured here too and it was a very uncomfortable experience. Save yourself some time and money and call Gary Armbrecht instead.

From the initial free consultation, to the incentives the kids get at each visit, he actually makes it fun to go to the orthodontist, which isn’t an easy thing to do! KeLLeY Tomkinson: So far I'm am very happy with Dr Karhos & his staff - when we went in for original exam Dr Karhos determined my son needed his adnoids & tonsils out - said his adnoids were huge - no Dr had ever mentioned either one to me - his tonsils were never problematic but the poor kid could not breathe through his nose - I gave up on benedryl years ago as a solution as it did nothing - I never thought about adnoids -- after Rob's surgery it was determined that his tonsils were over 5 inches together -- that is practically the size of his throat - Rob is breathing & sleeping so much better I'm amazed - no more dark circles - and he's grown a ton but that's probably just his age . We've just begun our braces journey - the extender was installed yesterday- Rob is hating it but I'm sure all kids do - that's nothing negative on the staff or office - my kid can't swallow very well & is uncomfortable but that's part of it -- Dr Karhos didn't even want to see Rob again until the surgery was completed. He looks at the whole health of the individual -- I'm very grateful for that -

Kyle Svoboda: I was a patient of Dr Karhohs about 20 years ago. This past week I had an issue with a permanent retainer after a normal dentist appointment. Dr Karhohs was able to get me in and take care of the problem within a couple days. They are very accommodating and 20 years later Dr Karhohs still stands by his work. I would recommend this orthodontist if you need some teeth straightening that will last.

Lindsay Mikita: This place is great! I'm 35 years old and my 20-year-old permanent retainer broke on a Thursday night. They were the only orthodontist open on a Friday and I called to see if I could buy some wax to cover the poking wires through the weekend. Not only did they invite me in (as I'm not a patient), but they actually put me in a chair real quick and the doctor shaved it right off for free so I could be comfortable! Now I don't even need to go to the dentist! Can't thank you enough for your kindness, Dr. Karhohs & staff.

Kelsey Latham: I was 12 when I got my braces on, and not only were they reasonably priced, I only had them on for a year and a half! Now, 5 years after getting them off, I've come back due to some minimal movement. I was examined and given clear retainers in the same day and only a week or 2 into it and I'm already seeing improvement. Kyle Katarn: Dr Miller is great! His staff are rude, appointments all started very late. One time we waited 45 minutes for a quick adjustment that had been scheduled for a month. We were billed a different amount each month and every month the bill was pulled on a different day. This caused multiple overdrafts. Staff in 5 months could not fix billing issues and were extremely rude when we addressed the billing issues. They were surly most days when we visited the office and seem very over worked. We have found a new Ortho. Jenne the intake/sales specialist was the one staff person who was responsive and kind.

The only issue I have is that we paid in full before we even started. NOW, they are trying to charge us more because they didn't also charge the insurance in full. Months later, we no longer have that insurance company. Because they let the insurance company pay in installments, we now owe a significant amount of money! If I pay in full, so should the insurance. If they choose not to charge them in full in well, that is on them. I already paid in full. I am not happy about billing.

They also removed some Invisalign attachment glue I still had from my previous orthodontist treatment that concluded almost a year ago which I had been trying to get my old orthodontist and dentist to remove for me with no luck. Very friendly and helpful! Honestly, makes me think my old orthodontist was pretty bad.

Arriana Medina: My son has been going to O’Grady for 2 years he recieved his pre treatment with them when he was 8 and now has a full set he just got on this year. I absolutely love how well they take care of my son. Everyone remember him when he came at 8 and now he is 12 and the orthodontist remember the sports he played when he came before and the things he was into. Which made it very personable. The staff is so genuine and helpful. I would recommend O’Grady over any other orthodontist . Every visit is always so pleasant and they make sure my son and I are informed on everything together.

Five months into my 18 month journey of actual braces (I knew I wouldn’t actually pop in the Invisalign), I have zero complaints. I normally sit with the same person every visit, the doc is hilarious, kind and explains everything as you go. He and the team have the best personalities.Hands down, this is the place I will refer everyone to.

Kaisha Mcfarrin: This establishment throughout my entire 4+ years with braces have been completely terrible. Everyone being rough and trying to work quick on your teeth but not efficiently. Making appointments on the phone and not only did they “forget” to set the appointment I went to my designated location and called them to let them know the doors were locked and they told me they switched locations. They took my braces off back in September and my teeth look absolutely horrible and I have to force my retainer to stay down . They didn’t take pictures, I still have cement on my teeth from my braces , I have teeth still crooked, my bottom row (the only reason I needed braces really) isn’t leveled , and there’s still spaces In between my teeth. I would not come here at all . Although they were nice , their performance was very bad and made me feel like every second they worked on me I had to stop them and literally grab them because they’re being rough , making my gums bleed because they couldn’t get the bands in, I had one molar tooth that didn’t even have a metal band because they “couldn’t get it on there” .. I mean come on . I can go on and on about this place . Do not come here.
