Don Crouch: Very caring straightforward and compassionate, one of the few medical offices that I have visited that were ahead of time. I was half hour early and was done fifteen minutes after appointment was to start. I drove 150 miles to see if there was anything that could be done I have had three lumbar surgeries elsewhere and was told that was all that they could do. OHM specifically Dr Scott Russo said he could repair my back, but as in any back surgeries there is no guarantee and he made sure I understood this before moving on. They are very concerned about overall health if thier patients.Dr Scott Russo and team did a great job reworking my back.Laura Stevenson was very prompt on my 6 week post op and everyone in the office is extremely pleasant.Laura and Dr Russo were very compassionate at my sixth month appointment. I listened to the team and the dos and do nots and followed them. I had a good report. Would recommend the Dr Scott Russo team. I traveled 130 miles to get the surgery and would do twice that knowing what I know.

Laney Debrabander: I came with my partner for their appointment so I only interacted with the receptionist. However, it was the single worst experience I have ever had with a receptionist. We accidentally went to their old address so we arrived a few minutes late. We explained this, apologizing to the receptionist. She told us she didn't know how we did that because they'd never had another address. We apologized again and explained there was a second address for them on google maps. She told us that wasn't possible because they hadn't been at that address in two years, clearly contradicting her original statement. She then yelled at us that she wasn't going to argue with us about it. She went into the next room and very loudly disparaged us to the nurse. She also misgendered my partner the entire time. I never thought I would say that I felt gaslighted but a receptionist, but I don't know how else to describe my experience. I don't know anything about the medical staff but would not recommend based on the receptionist alone.

CAM SABATINO: I'll start by saying Dr. Roberts and my care team have been exceptional. Excellent communication, made sure I knew what was going on for my surgery, absolutely stellar. I don't have a single bad thing to say about the medical staff here.One of the receptionists here is so ridiculously rude, and that's when she even answers the phone. She acts like a middle aged mom who is talking to her children. Condescending, rude, honestly kind of mean, even. I was apologizing for being late due to an incident where Google maps took us to their old location. She told me they had never been anywhere else, then later contradicted herself and told me they hadn't been at that location in two years. She was acting like we were lying for some absurd reason. I tried telling her that we had been routed there by Google maps and that someone might want to look into it and she began yelling over me, saying that she wasn't going to argue with me. I then had to listen to her call and tell the staff I was ready, where she said many condescending things like "the patient failed to understand the directions to our office." In addition to everything else, she continually misgendered me throughout the entire process.Today, I called about minor concerns post-surgery and was greeted by a receptionist. She transferred me to a nurse's voicemail, so I called back and she said she would transfer me again, and then she hung up on me. I really hope it was the same person, because that would mean they only have one terrible receptionist.Again, I had an extraordinary medical experience, I even loved the administrative staff who helped me. My experience with the receptionist was awful enough to impact my overall experience unfortunately.

Ashley Goddard: After a lot of searching for a good orthopedic doctor, I found WMO. Dr. Roberts is great. He took time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He did an awesome job with my hip replacement, which has been such a relief! Every time I've gone into the office or called, all of the staff has been so kind and informative. Aaron Venema: Unfortunately, I have a lot of experience with this office.These are surgeons. They will recommend surgery. I strongly advise going to a more well rounded medical clinic. At this office, they will not inform you the surgery was completely unesscary until after the surgery...or at least that was my experience.After reading “Brady Post” review. He is dead on with everything he said. I strongly advise reading his post! I have always felt Dr. Wierks rushes all appointments and does NOT take the time to understand that each patient has a unique body and need. As a result I had life threatening surgical complications from Dr. Wierks, 6 weeks hospitalization, 6 hip surgeries (21, athletic, otherwise healthy).Dr. Wierks loves to market himself as a “great surgeon”. Over the past couple years I have met many of his dissatisfied patients who underwent surgery only to get worse in the long run. Dr. Wierks seems very focused on how often he can operate $$$ and much less concerned on patient outcomes.

They barely reviewed my MRI results and rushed to discuss surgery before even explaining my particular issues. It’s amazing how you have to be your own advocate for your health these days. He did an amazing job, I am currently 8 months post second surgery and completely pain free and back to running. Both surgeries went great and I had no problems with rehab or recovery. I was a 19 year old kid when I had a life changing severe knee injury that resulted in me tearing 4 major ligaments completely apart at ounce that left my knee completely blown apart plus other damage. After arriving to the ER and days have passed waiting for “emergency surgery” dying every second in unbearable pain. (literally) doctor after doctor passed on reconstructing my knee! They all suggested to Possibly imputation!! No one would take on the challenge, NO ONE. So at 19 years old I was devastated, scared, in pain and my family felt the same.Then came Dr. Jabara! He decided to take on the challenge! It was a very long surgery 6 to 8 hours long. After pins/screws artificial ligaments, donor ligaments, etc. he put my knee back together!He gave me another shot at a normal life that no other doctor in Michigan would do, or was willing to do! I have 2 sons now, own/operate a Flooring company for 5 years now and have been very successful!! I’ve been living a fantastic life. I have not had ANY problems in the last 15 years. No other surgeries, no pain, no issues. I was even able to ENLIST IN THE NAVY (years after), because my knee mobilization is amazing! Better than someone without any knee problems! Theo Johnson: Do not go here if you want real results from your MRI or X-xay. I spent 3 months chasing a chicken with its head cut off with this phony 'doctor' they call Dr. Vasiu. The guy will lie to you and tell you need surgery without even knowing what to get surgery on, and then ramble on about some weird 'mowing the grass' analogy with your cartilage. I had knee issues for months and got an X-ray and an MRI. He said there was no tears in the knee from the MRI but still recommended surgery...I change doctors by professional recommendation to Dr. Axtman at Spectrum Orthopedics and he found a tear in my patellar tendon. Recommended a PRP injection program and treatment WITHOUT SURGERY.I will warn you, this guy is a joke! Don't waste your time and money with him. Go to Dr. Axtman at Spectrum!

After taking some x-rays, he explained what was going on and reassured me it was nothing serious. I left his office feeling relieved that no further action was needed. If I ever find myself in need of an orthopedic surgeon again, Dr. Bielema will be that doctor.

Craig Meade: I was sent by my work due to an injury while working. On both knees at different times.After doing all the preliminary stuff, heat,ice pack, shots. It was determined that I needed arthroscopic surgery. With little success on either knees. After knees got too bad and too painful it was decided to have a total knee replacement. First on the right one, then later on the left knee. I was very skeptical because the first surgeries didn’t work that well for me. After the total knee replacement my life completely changed. I walked up straight again, didn’t limp or brag my leg anymore, I walked normal, my back pain went away. A year and a half later I joined a gym and started to work out. Walking is the most important thing. I can’t thank Dr. Zietz enough. The surgery was literally life-changing. Thanks again.
