Mj Dimitriou: Thrilled with my experience at Hanger Clinic! I was referred here to get fitted for a better fitting brace thru a worker's comp situation. Greeted at the front desk with a kind receptionist. She led me to a room where Britney soon met me, basically, evaluated my current brace and needs, understanding my concerns. A coworker offered to go to their other clinic and get what she determined was needed. It wasn't all that long of a wait really, Britney offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. :) She then came in and appropriately fitted the new brace, I'm thrilled! The last one just wasn't working, this one works so nicely for what I need. I'm glad my case mgr Angie recommended this place, good call. I go back to work soon, much more confident to do so. Lisa Rich: I cannot talk highly enough about the service I just received from Lance. My 2.5yr old daughter fractured high up on her arm and needed an immobilizer sling. After a frustrating day of communication between Devos childrens hospital and her pediatrician (who we can’t fault!), Lance customized a sling to fit her and serve the purpose needed, all without an appointment and on a Friday afternoon! After enquiring what size I’d need should I want to buy a second (let’s face it, toddlers are messy) he sourced one at Devos, drove and picked it up and brought it back, fitted it all while we waited. He definitely didn’t have to do that! He could have just told me where to get one on Amazon and I’d have been happy. It meant so much to me that he went above and beyond for me and my daughter. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. The service, the friendly reception staff and the Lances’ orthotist skills are second to none. Thank you for being an awesome human, Lance!

Carrie Johns: We had a wonderful experience here! We walked in on a Friday about a half hour before closing time. Without hesitation they were able to see us, even staying open a few minutes later to accommodate our schedule. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful with insurance questions and all around great! Would highly recommend.

David Huff: Took nearly 3 months to get my shoes. Sent me a pair I told them prior that I didn't want. Sent me home after I told them that I couldn't use them, without anything to wear on my feet. I am severely diabetic! I wouldn't send my dog there!
Michael Reynolds: The staff is amazing and make sure everything fits and you are happy with it before you leave. They never rush you or expect you to take anything that isn't one hundred percent correct.The quality of the product is the best I've ever had these are the only shoes that I've ever had that haven't fallen apart within a couple of months. Worth your time and energy to check out here before any place else they are the best.

Kaitlyn Lella: Really happy with the expertise of Mary Free Bed! My son needed a cranial helmet to reshape his head and our pediatrician strongly recommended MFB. We worked with Doug who is very patient, kind, understanding, and explains everything so well. He was available for questions, concerns, etc and did a good job keeping our little guy distracted during appointments so it was always a fun experience. My son got his helmet at 6 months old and was in it for 3 months, he made incredible progress thanks to Doug!

Kristy Brady: We were referred for an infant helmet. Melissa was amazing. She was amazing with my baby and he loved her. She carefully did all the measurements then explained the shape of my baby’s head. I was very nervous about the appointment, but she instantly calmed my nerves. My son ended up not needing a helmet and his head was in the normal range. I left feeling very assured my son was fine and no intervention was needed. Melissa assured me that in the future if I think his head is changing I can give her a call and be seen again. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. I am beyond happy.
M. Kaufman: Excellent services. Kurt and Dan are top notch prosthetist and the staff at MFB are very caring and professional. I’ve been an amputee for 40+ years and MFB amputee clinic for s my first choice for prosthetics.
Ryan Rapp: The people here are very nice, but it takes FOREVER for my daughter's AFO's to come in every time she needs new ones. I am talking 6-8 weeks on average from when they cast her to when they come in. It has literally crippled her. She regresses so badly while we are waiting that the new AFOs rarely fit that well once they do arrive since her feet have moved so much. If you are not in a hurry then they are great, but if your case is time sensitive, then I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
Rebecca P.: We went there for an infant helmet. Our experience was not all bad, and I know others who have been happy with their experience at MFB, but I feel we were graduated early due to how busy the orthotist are. Also, the first helmet we had was adjusted poorly from what I have gathered. From going to other clinics for a second opinion, there was no reason to stop the helmet at the point we were told to stop. Looking back, I would have tried another clinic for a more individualized experience. There is Teter, Wright and Filipas, and Hanger in the area. Get a 1st and 2nd opinion.

Linda Wilcox: This company called my mother's assisted living center and spoke to a worker there to tell them my mom will no longer recieve her insulin if she did not pay her 34$ bill. In the first place my mother does not recieve her insulin from them, second, my mom does not pay her own bills. They were asked to send the bill to the correct place and never did. They were extremely wrong for calling a nurse to threaten a resident there! If they threaten to not give someone insulin because of a 34$ bill... just imagine what they would do for a real bill! Bad business, so wrong! NO stars! Had to leave one to post.
Phil Leon: I had heard about this place from someone who was a pateint of the guy who runs it. My mom is 93 years old and lost her leg at the hip to cancer when she was in her 70s. She uses a wheelchair but I figured with all this "bionic" stuff availalbe maybe she could get a fake leg, so I just stopped by to ask some questions.First,the place is not much to look at. I mean its clean and not terrible, but it doesn't seem like a medical facility. Still the guy in charge there couldn't have been nicer. Mom didn't want to come but he still spent a ton of time listening to me explain her situation. Then he gave me about 10 different options with pluses and minuses for each one. It turns out he's missing a leg himself and I think he said he taught doctors about legs and braces at some university. He was very knowledgable and helpful. On top of that, he didn't even charge for his time..I talked to my mom about seeing him but she doesn't want to try getting a leg again at her age. So since the poor guy put in all that effort for me for nothing, I thought the least I could do was give the place a good review. If you need a leg, brace, or just information, drop in and they will give you lots of free information.
Deborah Dabbous: Walking in there is no decor or professionalism what so ever. It’s fine, it matched the greeting I got from the receptionist. Oh wait they didn’t have one of those either. I had a lot of time, 6-7 minutes of no human contact,when I walked in the door and waited for the one employee to finish his call and then still not look up and acknowledge me. It’s fine, I announced myself and rather than ask what I could be helped with I prompted the q&a. Told him I had a call to pick up a splint. Quietly he stood and looked confused. At this point I knew he knew nothing of my order; but at that point he should have asked my name ans date of birth to figure it out. I had to tell him I got a call telling me to come in and pick up my splint between 10-6. He still said nothing and asked nothing. I at this point I am 10 minutes in the office and had 0 things accomplished aside from knowing more than he did. I left. Don’t go there. Use popsicle sticks and tape if you need a splint from there!
