Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery: what do users think?
Josh Colvin: Huge showroom with lots of great, modern bathroom, kitchen, and lighting ideas. We'll definitely be heading back when it's time to start renovating.
Eddie Rodriguez: Never have enough material
Brent J. Peterson: nice people
Robert Bouwkamp: Great experience. Knowledge employees. Great selection
Bob Zomermaand: Ferguson kitchen and bath supply is an intriguing place to look for your kitchen, bath, and lighting fixtures. I personally purchased all our fixtures a few years ago at Ferguson. They will never beat home Depot or Lowes on price, however, their quality is very good. While one can find top of the line materials there, one can also find reasonably priced items. If nothing else, head over there to get an idea of what you might want to do in your kitchen and bath. Then decide if you want fixtures that do not wear out or cheaper fixtures that could need replacement in a few years.
michael velting: Great high quality products
Shannon Nachtmann: Extremely helpful, a fair amount of choices and ideas. The prices are a bit high, but there's more than just picking an item off the shelf and checking out going on. The sales people research questions and make sure you get what you need to make it work.
Mockingjay EMD (Mockingjay): No one is there to help you. I have a kitchen and bathroom remodel coming up this spring and I need lighting and fixtures for both. I was told that I could look around if I wanted but no one there would be helping me. They didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment or come back at another time, they just let me wander around for an hour.
B Evans: Showroom was great, they just forgot to order one of my items.
Steve Pawli: Quality products average service
Al Johnson: Precise
Keith Hoffer: Love this place. They set these water heaters out for the taking all the time. Today I got 6!! Made a fast $75.00. Thanks Fergusens.
Nicholas Mazur: You guys rock
Dirk Yager: Everything I needed
LMO LLC Life Means Opportunity: Ferguson went above and beyond to demonstrate their high quality customer service for us the customer and for the contractor we hired to do the tile work. Our bathtub was delivered in 24 hours and their team of professionals were always available to answer our questions. They put their customers 1st!
Aashish Deshpande: Biggest Ferguson showroom I've seen! Much easier to see multiple products vs Ann Arbor.
Kathy Westendorp: Ferguson was recommended to us by our kitchen designer when it came time to select a sink, faucet and lighting for our remodel. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced. We had an issue with a sink arriving with a defect and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Brianna has been extremely helpful, and always very quick to respond to any question or concern. I especially appreciated going into the showroom and not being sold the most expensive or most popular thing...she asked questions to determine what we would need and the best fit for our lifestyle. I would recommend Ferguson to anyone!
Les Hayden: High end store with high quality and interesting offerings
Dan Oles: Stopped in for some specialty parts for a emergency fix. The staff was very helpful and got me everything I needed. In a pinch. They were patient with me too, which is great since it took me a while to figure out everything I needed.
David MacDonald: A veritable toy store for grown-ups; large and handsome showroom with a wide selection of appliances, fixtures and the like. This was exceeded only by their determination to help us with a kitchen faucet purchase. We stumbled upon an absolute gem of a place!
Jeriamia RIOTT: I mow this grass and trim trees here. My company does their outside work.

Nordic Hot Tub Factory Store: what do users think?
Gary C: They are very fast to get you in and out was there for about 35 minutes great place to load
Robert Oliver: It's a terrible place to work. Underpaid, completely disrespected, and terrible working conditions. They have no interest in doing anything right. Just squeezing money out of the business. Their lack of care to their employees, or the company at all as a whole, is clearly evident on every overpriced hot tub they try and sell. If you want to see how a business is yeeted into the bankruptcy, see the place for yourself.
Gerald: LOVED IT. #1 IN MY TOP 5 NOTHING ELSE NEEDS TO BE SAID!!
RY: Wish I would have went with the higher end brands! Too good to be true… I bought two of these for my businesses under a year ago. So far nothing but problems with the pumps! One blew up (literally-the ground wire blew off the pump and electrical burning could be smelled) and the other pump on the other hot tub never shuts off. My dealer told me over the phone to contact Nordic as they don’t carry replacement pumps. I contacted Nordic and after a week of back and forth, they wrote back that my dealer was to reach out to me. Almost a week goes by and no further response from Nordic and no call from my dealer. I persistently kept calling my dealer and was able to get a tech out (this is about 3 weeks after the pump broke), tech reported a “bad pump”. However, Nordic now needs to send my dealer a new pump and the dealer then sends the technician back out to replace. This has now been almost 6 days and no update on a new pump. Moral of the story, unreliable hot tubs. Especially, if you are running a business. I’ve unfortunately lost hundreds of dollars now in refunds from the hot tub with the blown up pump and high electric bills with the second hot tub due to this pump not shutting off when it reaches temperature. Both under a year old. Helpful customer service may have fixed the situation but over a month with no resolution is just upsetting from a customer standpoint. Wish I would have went with a more reliable brand
Doug Clendening: Very hard to find things wrong with these tubs for the price. They're almost half as expensive as some of the more well known nation wide brands, gallon for gallon while being jist as effective. We love ours. There are some things they could do better though. We have the Encore LS:- They could use at least one more light underwater. It's especially dull with the jets and air bubbles on.- The cup holders have an opening to let water drain out. However, the openings are so big that drinks can slide into the hot tub.- There's also not enough cup holders. Move the above-water lights below water and put cup holders there in my opinion- On the opposite end, the two far corners hold stagnant water and can't drain naturally- The lay-down seat could use an adjustable neck pad- The "jets 1" button is confusing for guests since it has two modes- But what makes jets 1 worse is that guests also need to know to turn the large circulater jet off to enjoy the rest of "jet 1" jets, so they often think the "jets 1" aren't working properly or are weak- A button for air bubbles would be nice instead of the manual handles- Inline orp/ph/temp monitor would be great. Like the iopool eco.
DUSKIN MODS: Good quality hot tubs.
K Holbrook: I loved my hot tub and how it looks in the garden but with in a few months the shell/lining warped and it has been a nightmare to get anywhere with it. The company in the UK i bought it from says that Nordic Hot Tubs are not honouring the warranty. . .I am the customer who bought in good faith and I am the one with a brand new hot tub that has a fault. Will go with a better quality brand next time.
Byronhoog Byronhoog: (Nordic if you delete this I will make more) Terrible place to get hot tubs and terrible place to work for they give zero care about the floor workers hence the terrible hot tubs they build also they pay workers less than what the company says they will pay them and just all around a terrible company it should go under in 5 years tops
Aaron Sahlstrom: I wanted to provide a review of my experience with Nordic Hot Tubs over the past year. A year ago I placed my order, with my dealer saying Nordic offered high quality tubs. There was to be a long wait due to Covid, but then the delivery date was pushed out multiple times. I reached out a couple times, but the Nordic representative would not confirm my order. I finally received my spa 2 months ago, and I noticed the patio remained moist around the tub when the weather dried. So I opened the service hatch and found 1/8 - 1/4 water in the bottom of the tub, and water dripping from a port on the UV/Ozone unit. I looked up the unit and found the installation manual. The manual clearly stated that the unit was to be installed above the water line, or alternatively loop the ozone injector line with the check valve above the water line. This is called a Hartford loop. Nordic installed the entire unit below the water line (in this case below the top jets), and did not implement the Hartford loop. This was either a design problem or a build problem, so while I waited for my dealer to come out, I reached out to Nordic to let them know about the problem so they could correct it for future customers. Rather than being appreciative of the information, they were rude and made vague threats about voiding warranty by opening my equipment, even though their quality issues caused the issue and the installation manual clearly states that the check valve is a serviceable part that must be checked and replaced yearly. While I am early in my ownership of a Nordic Hot Tub, but rather than being an evangelist for the brand, I am left with a very bad taste in my mouth. We all understand that mistakes happen, but it's how you deal with them that makes the difference. P.S. Due to the water that leaked from the ozone generator, it was clear that Nordic does not use stainless steel hardware to mount the heater and pump.
scott doty: I obtained a Nordic Spa from an acquaintance, used and tired. Whenever I've had questions or problems, the staff at Nordic has been amazing. No warranty stuff here, just good people who take pride in their company. The tub is great, and updated w/ new guts with the major help from the folks at Nordic. If a great company behind your product is important to you, BUY NORDIC! My daughter, of course, didn't listen and bought locally. Usually good practice, but not for her. $14,000 later they have a whammy jammy tub with a million jets andMeanwhile I write this as I a waterfall, but can rarely use it due to constant failures of different systems. This is a major brand tub, and it's junk. Meanwhile, I write this as I'm enjoying my awesome Nordic Spa. Oh yeah, I sat in this tub in -15 degree weather this year. Still no problems. BUY Nordic and enjoy your Spa, it shouldn't stress you out. It's for relaxing! And no, I am not affiliated w/Nordic in any way except as a customer. Nordic Spas Rock!
Gaming Index: Good ol tub place. I can make tub jokes but I won't.
Josh Landfair: I work there so it's decent.
Jeff W: We have sold Nordic hot tubs for 27 years. They are one of the best "made to last" units on the market. Support is second to none from the awesome truck drivers, representatives (ours is Chantal she's the best), Rusty, Kim, etc.. in house, and all the way to the top are all great. 5 stars all day. Turn your day ahhhround!
RONALD RAYMOND: I worked here and I am owed 2 checks from before I quit and have not been paid and I can not get ahold of anybody or have not got a response back from this company
Jim H: Best place to purchase a spa from. Great product and well built
Lisa Picolet: Very helpful and knowledgeable
Melissa: Rusty was very knowledgeable about the product differences and communicated efficiently. We are happy with the great service!
Mason Pastoor: Lots of parts in stock and good pricing!
Larry blank: They focus on quay
Rick Coombs: Purchased a new hot tub. It’s been leaking since day one lose an inch of water every three days. They came to the house four times to fix it. Then they brought it back to the store to fix at the shop. And it still leaks. They state there’s nothing else I can do. So I guess I purchased a leaking hot tub. I’ve called the rep twice they will not call me back. I want a new hot tub please
Ricardo Galviz: The people who are in pick up trucks are very rude, I felt discriminated against
