Big Mark: All was well initially then our rep left the company and everything went south. We purchased custom tooling from them to make our custom boxes. We can't get them to send a rep to place new orders or quote anything new. Wasted money, not impressed.

Look out your passenger side window to line up with door 24 . Slide tandems pop seal and open doors PUT PAPER WORK INSIDE TRAILER then back in done .fast unload .

Employees are treated like cattle and often forced to work constant 60 hour 6 days weeks or it will slow down any they will instantly start talking about layoffs.Things go wrong constantly and nothing with change. Nobody respect's management at a because the don't deserve it. Everything has their phone and eats snacks on the production floor.Hr changes the handbook whenever they find feel like it with no input from anyone. And the entire handbook is designed to make sure they can fire you whenever they want to.Management or your boss also don't care about your safety but if get hurt it's always your fault.Seriously don't waste your life working here. And only so business with them if you don't mind all the people who are stuck there waisting most of their lives making boxes instead of actually living.
Nick Watkins: Rude... I was going to start this past week. Got a text saying come in Wednesday to do paper work. Tuesday night got another text saying come in Wednesday. Got another text saying come in Monday. So i called alex sunday night to make sure i was still on for monday morning. He told me no bc he heard i was looking for another job so he said not to come in Monday. Very rude.
Stephanie Jeras: Was supposed to start today. Let’s start off by saying I was running late this morning, got there and was not told what door to go into for one, found the door, asked an employee where I was supposed to go since I was starting today he told the break room and told me where to go. So I went in there and waited till the boss came in and I got yelled at for being a couple mins late on my first day. Then she had me and the 2 other people that were starting today as well sit in the break room for an hour before she came and got us. Then told us that I could not have my phone on me. Well I am sorry I need to have my phone on me in case of an emergency. The other two that were with me did not have to go put there phones in there cars. Needles to say when she told me to go put my phone in my car I left. Would not recommend this place.
Tata: Easy to find open lot for easy backing into dock. Friendly and fast
Brooke Johnson: I have been to many corrugated plants in my career and I have yet to find a plant with better people, processes, and equipment under one roof. Advance Packaging is hands down the best high end post printers on corrugate in the country.

Richard Cope: If you’re trying to make money as a trucker, don’t try coming here. 4 hours is what it took for me. I ran out of time, so I hope they don’t mind me hanging out for 10 extra hours. I was the only truck here too, so I’m not sure what the deal was. You have to check in in between the buildings, then go to a door on the other side of the building. When I went back around to get an update, they ignored me. I asked a guy that was smoking if he could look into it, and he said sure. He went in, and never came back out.

But as I worked here I realized it's a company full of hard working individuals of all cultures and walks of life. The management have been very understanding with me while I try to figure this life thing out. One of the first companies I've worked where the company gives you free reign and let's you get the job done how you see fit. And their pay wages are amazing. This company is always looking for opportunities to help their employees get a leg up. Co workers have stopped me on multiple occasions to see how I'm doing. Just all in all. 5 stars. Great company, great pay, great people.

Javier Jimenez: I work at Praxis as part of the maintenance team and I really enjoy this job. They let you work as many hours as you want but overtime is not mandatory. The machines we work with are pretty self explanatory and there's always people around that are willing to help if you have questions. You actually get 40 minutes of break to sit down and eat your food in peace. The place is cleaned daily. We always have new projects coming in and the maintenance shop is well equipped. Management is easy to get a long with. Great environment. They hire people from all different types of backgrounds. I enjoy coming to work daily and I don't take any problems from work home. I also don't get any calls or text while I'm at home. Paid vacations, holidays and great benefits. No complains.

I don’t understand if product is not ready why hold truck driver in the door. Also need to deliver 6am in the morning. This place got no idea how appointment works. Lot off lazy people working here. In no rush to work.

Raymond Lira: It has been years since I have worked in a warehouse environment. I was nervous about returning to the industry because was not sure what to expect. I have been with GTC for almost two months and I couldn’t be happier. From day one when I was met in the break room before orientation started was told what was expected right from the start. I am working third shift so can only speak for my shift but the leadership that we have is amazing. Our leaders are on the floor with us every day and are always looking to create encouraging circumstances for Everyone. I can honestly say I can walk up to any team member and ask for help and they are willing to stop what they are doing to show me something or answer any of my questions. Thank you all for your hard work and making it easy to make the decision to make this move.
