This document allows you to make small payments of your choice. On this document you can select to pay weekly, biweekly or monthly. Explain to the judge that you have ongoing expenses, for the reason you can pay this amount. Trust me it works. I am doing this because I do not want these raven wolves to attack anyone else finances. Please take this approach!

Nakita Cooley: I just got off the phone with the most unprofessional, disrespectful and very rude representative. This company is not to be trusted whatsoever. You speak with one rep and they do not notate your account as told they would do so. They just want your money. When asked for my account balance it was given to me rudely and a more balance than what is was originally. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it needed to be in writing to request and check within a week. The representative hung up on me and when I called back to get the information on how to request to speak with a supervisor they sent me to voicemail. I have never dealt with any law office or a company being treated with such disrespect and talked to as if I am not an educated individual, who like any person fell on hard times during the pandemic. It was very uncalled for and I wish anyone luck dealing with this company. You will need it or a lawyer to deal with your affairs when dealing with this office. Very unprofessional and rude.

dylan wentz: Super shady, disgusting people. Will try to take every penny from you! Make sure you get receipts! Even if they take "24-48 hours" to post to your account. Say you pay in full on the 13th, and then they tell you the payment won't post for 1 or 2 days you are racking up interest on the days it's not posted, so you'll end up paying even more. CALL EVERYDAY and bug them until you get a receipt saying your account is closed and paid in full.Still waiting on mine!!!! (My whole charge was from a medical bill that went to collections, paid that place, didn't know they hired "velo" as well and just found out about this collections from a year ago, and it's been racking up interest this whole time. Velo had my personal information like phone number.Never got one call. They also had my address wrong in their system. No wonder I didn't get any mail.) this place is a joke!

Ozpigeon: Although their methods are morally wrong, it's however, completely legal. They send you the summons and then they withhold information about the case except the basic account info when you call because again, its completely legal to keep you in the dark. They tell you that they will work with you on payments while still withholding any info but find ways to default you with all your information, including banks, employment, and vital personal info. They defaulted me behind my back because I assumed negotiations were sufficient, but they were sneaky and filed the default judgement and won! They make sure they get you on all possible ways... even when you agreed on a payments. They will also remove you off autopay so that incase you forget, you are late on payments and pile on another $30 fee . The goal is get as much money as possible from you. all entirely legal!! My advise is to go through the courts to deal with them and file all the paperwork through the courts and don't give them any information unless through some legal counsel.

Derrick Stanek: I was sued by Velo Law for a past debt I owed back in 2016. I was unaware of the suit until the second motion was mailed to me. I never saw the first. I tried to pay my fine online but didn't have access to the account, I was never given the Account number or Case number. After I got ahold of Velo Law and was able to pay the fine, everything was settled quickly. They dismissed the case and I never had to go into court.If they hadn't been shady about the whole situation and had given me the account number and all the information I needed to settle this issue up front, I'd give them a better score.They did what they said they would and I appreciate their timely responses.

Shavona Smith: If I could give them zero stars i would. I am being garnished and was NEVER notified, until I call them AFTER seeing the garnishment come out. When called them and they were really rude, they kept hanging up on me and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. As I tried to explain to them that the amount is ridiculous they told me to speak with my payroll and submit a request. I did that and still heard nothing back after being told it would take 3 days to review, then they changed it to 10. I literally went off on them so I won't be surprised if the deny my request. but this company is terrrible and Shame on Edward Rose and Sons for being so greedy trying to collect money they aren't owed.

This was true for me when I tried reaching out to the firm with some legal questions. First I called attorney Mark Allard, who had been recommended to me. He didn't respond. Later, I followed up via email. He didn't respond. Months later I reached out to another attorney, Thomas G. Kyros, the firm's Executive Partner. He didn't respond. Later I reached out to the firm's Chair, David Khorey, who also didn't respond to me. I was contacted, finally, by someone I'd been passed down to who told me the firm could, unsurprisingly, be of no assistance to me. I'm wondering why the first person I contacted couldn't have simply told me that, months earlier.
