Jacob Johnson: They make it impossible to park, terrible service. I pay for my parking and they find ways to give me tickets. Should be 0 stars but I have to add 1 to even post this. No signage for why I can’t park in places that I park every day and then all of a sudden 3 tickets this week.

Jay: I get free parking through work. Great location, lots of spaces. About 25 percent of people actually understand that it is a two way ramp, so watch fools coming around corners. The speed limit is 5mph, not enforced, but appreciated. If you have a huge truck try to find a place without a pillar in front of it and pull all the way in.

Megan Bauer: Easy in and out. Cost $15 to park here for five hours in the morning (520 am to 1030 am, on a Wednesday).
Richard Palmer: Very clean location with cameras, and security. Not to mention a nice view of the city from the top floor.

Dave Ross: Really $24 for 6 hours!
Michael Haas: One of the entrance exit ramps narrows to one way, so if a lot of people are leaving at the same time like after a griffins game you get trapped long enough to warrent a 2 star review. I'm sure most of the time its a 3 or 4 star parking garage.

Chris: It's a parking garage...nothing else to really say... it does have a nice feature of having a covered walk that goes straight to the Van Andel.
Brian E: Reasonable rates for Art Prize weekend plus it's right downtown!

Barbara Hanser: Be very careful of this company. The staff either left my car unlocked for someone to take things and/or their sketchy staff takes things from you while at a hospital with a sick loved one then minimizes it and turns it around on you! EITHER WAY... THEY SHOULD BE MORE RESPONSIBLE FOR THINGS LIKE THIS!

Lynne Vandermeer: This is not an easy place to get out of after a show. I have had to wait 15 minutes or more before someone lets me in the exit line. Once I get to the gate to pay the ticket slots are so high I need to open the car door and step out. Last winter I caught a boot in the door. If o didn't have s coupon I don't think I would use this lot.

Ethan Hunter: I've used this parking ramp many times for events downtown. Usually cost about $12 for events. The price we pay to park...It is safe, clean, narrow spaces but I've seen plenty of trucks squeeze their way into spots that are probably too small for them but they somehow make it work.Access to Lyon and Pearl street make for easy exit.

Calie Speth: Even leaving the van Andel Arena early after a show early this was a nightmare to get out of.
Mike Jager: I went to the griffins game 3-11-23 I entered the Fulton and Ottawa parking ramp. On the right you could pay on the left, you could grab a ticket. No where did it say pay in advance for the event pay 12. If you don’t you will have to pay $20. Even on the exit booth it says event rate $12 and on the sign by the road says event rate $12.. I bet the lady just over charged me.Event rate $12 overnight parking $20 I parked for 4 hours. No where does it say pay in advance. What a scam. We come to Grand Rapids one’s a year. No wonder we only come to Grand Rapids ones a year.

Mike Bowler: Excellent place to park for Devos events at reasonable fee. Also well lit and safe. As a Realtor, I often recommend places of entertainment and this is on my list for those seeking a great place to park on GR events at Devos.

Cindi Voss: Very convenient parking for Devos Place but if you participate in the Lake & Cottage show I think they should give you a weekend pass for parking! The turnout was down this yr., the costs to have a booth was high enough and then they charged us $75 for electricity!! We even had to pay for internet!

We found the doors were locked when trying to get back to our car and had to walk all the way back to the back where you enter with your car to get back in. Bummer. It was after 5 pm so maybe that makes a difference? I didn’t see anything posted about when entrance doors would be locked.
