Edith Farrell: Put application in (iam a recent cancer patient) never heard anything back from them, I did put on my communication that I would need to be texted trying to to strain my vocal cords before my thyroid surgery but iam a 24/7 caregiver to my brother and need help with resources for just two weeks until I recover

It’s a wonderful experience and well worth trying. They have so many other programs as well! If you have thought about it try it out! You will live it!!

Rebecca Wahr: Dr. Carrel and the entire staff have been kind, knowledgeable, and quick to reply back to me regarding concerns, questions, medication issues or referrals we may need. I have contacted them often, and they have never made me feel as though I'm bothering them. I highly recommend this office. We have experienced excellent care and service.
Rosalyn Baker-Ingham: Dr. Carrel, his assistants and VPA have been very responsive to my husband who is home bound due to Primary Progressive MS. We have been treated professionally and have no complaints.
Christopher Barton: My mother has heart problems and now close to a stroke because of there negligence and not paying attention to her medical files
Ginny Post: We were left with no alternatives but to fire this service. Office staff is not able to communicate patient needs, address changes or follow up on medication instructions and orders. They blame everyone outside of their organization for their poor internal communication and lack of follow through. "This is the first I heard of this" was stated many times by staff after multiple calls from me to get answers to medication problems. This is a dangerous and unacceptable situation for my 97 year old mother. Do NOT use this organization! One star only as system does not allow zero stars.
Harry DeLodder: We switched from the Marysville VPA (which by the way is a 5 star office) to the Grand Rapids office due to family issues. The review by Erin Kaiser ref this Grand Rapids VPA office nailed it !!! To say they are inept is an understatement. Ditto on everything she said. They have left us no choice but to look for a different service. Stay clear of this VPA or you’ll be left with nothing but extremely poor service and an over abundance of frustration.
Emilie Glasgow: This Association is giving my husband much needed peace of mind. They are very professional, understanding, patient and friendly. They are not always able to confirm long beforehand when the next appointment will be, but they do their best to accommodate your needs. I would definitely recommend it.
Erin Kaiser: The Grand Rapids office and their team is the most inept I've ever encountered. Their customer service, whether by phone or in-person, is severely lacking: difficult to reach, zero follow-up, deflecting accountability, late for appointments and inconsistent medical care. Look for similar care elsewhere!

BarbZ: I worked here for several years. It is NOT a nursing home! Not sure why the terrible review of "1"..they provide EXCELLENT at home care with wonderful caregivers. They also provide flu clinics for many company's employees & public clinics at various locations around GR.
Jennifer Tokarczyk: Worst in come care service. My grandmother has been set up with a in home nurse to come in two days a week now for 10 days should have been 3 visits so far. They have been there ONCE. They call and cancel at the same time they are scheduled to be there. If you need real care for your family don't use them!!

Julia Brown: I've attended 6 online support group sessions and was blown away by how the very knowledgeable leaders not only were empathetic but knew how to help define some things I was trying to say. Having others in the group identify with what I felt made be feel not alone or crazy for thinking/feeling the way I do. The monthly topic was very interesting to attend as well and opened the door to ideas and possibilities.
Life With All Of Us: This is such an amazing place to feel safe and attend groups where you share as your want about anxiety and everyone understands and supports you. I will keep attending and look forward to it. They have really been a Godsend!
R.M. S.: Seems more like a social outings than helping anxiety. Pretty lame actually. Give it a try though, you might like it.
