Camilo Macias: Purchased a Wilden 2″ P8 Air-Operated, Dual-Diaphragm Pump listed at $1500 on their website. The following day got a call stating that their IT had messed up on the pricing and that my two options were paying an additional $175 or a refund. When asked about honoring the original price their response was “we can’t lose money more than everyone else.” I understand they have a business to run but a good business accepts their mistake especially when they had the pricing wrong. We are now without a pump and will look elsewhere. First and last time purchase.

charlie sage: Brad, the owner, seems like an amiable guy intent on providing a good product and service. He owns the company that makes the actual sealcoating liquid. Communication was good and he was willing to lower his price because I did all of the prep work. He showed up with a crew of 4. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, but there was a lot of overspray on my "lawn". In some places the sealer is 1 foot away from the asphalt. We live in a rural area and it's clear from first glance that I only cut the vegetation next to my driveway. Calling it a lawn is definitely using the term loosely. I suspect that this might have influenced the person applying the sealcoat. On the plus side, I know that I have a thick coat right to the edge of the asphalt. I'm quite certain that they would be far more careful on a manicured lawn.Service:Sealcoating

Quanetta Thomas-Dean: I did not hire this company but the employees while working on my banks parking lot. Decided to take the motorized wind blower while I was at the atm machine and blow debris and grounded up ashphalt into my face, nose, eyes and on my clothing. I just had a conversation with him that I will be at the banks atm doing a transition and I will move my car to the side where I will be standing because the pavement was removed where you would usually drive up to the atm. He said ok and proceeded to take that opinion to possible cause me health issues or danger with what ever chemicals he was blowing around. I am P.O’d to say the least.Follow up:I did reach out to my bank the following day and the manager of the branch called me back.He advised me that he did reach out to the company and explain my situation and the owner/supervisor of the employee that blow the debris on me was fired.He typed up a letter of an apology explaining what actions he took with that employee and he’s deepest apologies.

V SR: I would not recommend Huyser Ashpalt. They provided poor quality of work, were unresponsive, and unprofessional. I had a quote and work done by Huyser back in summer 2017. The work they did was of very poor quality. My husband sent an email with pictures of the problem areas, including uneven surface, cracks, etc. We sent emails and did not hear back and had to send follow up emails and phone calls. Then in December 2017 they randomly showed up and attempted to fix our driveway without our consent or any heads up. The patch they did was awful and did not look good. They offered to come back out in the spring and reseal our driveway. I wanted to just be done with this company. I had sent emails, phone calls, and voicemails to Jason Huyser, the owner, and never once heard back from him. Finally we got an email for a bill for 50% in 2018 which is what I requested. I will admit we did not pay this, I thought my husband paid this, my husband thought I paid this. We never heard anything from them as follow up not a phone call or anything. Then January 2021 we get a letter saying we are being sent to small claims court and they also want $700 in finance charges which is just shy of how much the remaining balance is. In the paperwork it shows they have a bill from 10.2020, we never got a bill in the mail. We have since moved but our mail is being forwarded. Once again never a call from them. I am paying the remainder of my bill and the $70 small claims court fee Huyser had to pay to initiate small claims court to avoid going to small claims court and to be done with them. If they would have just called me I would have paid this bill back in 2018. I would not recommend working with this company. Very disappointed in this business, they are unprofessional, have poor business practices. I waited another few weeks and they again told me they were coming out to do an estimate soon. I wanted to pay cash and never received an estimate. If they weren't going to do it, why not just come right out and say that? Very unprofessional way to run a business.

Fresh Air: Never hired them nor would I ever as one of their drivers just flipped me the middle finger yelling at me on the area of Knapp and Beltline. Very unprofessional and threatening behavior out of this company.

Jonas V: Removed our old driveway and replaced with new asphalt. We have a larger driveway (3300 sq ft) with a steep hill. Very happy with their work. Everything done as agreed upon in a professional manner. Price was very competitive and less expensive than quotes from other larger asphalt companies.

Lizbeth harrington: Rather unprofessional, quoted to complete driveway Sealcoating and it took them about one year to complete. Completely ignored my husband for the entire first summer and the second summer came around and it was still difficult to make contact. We were on vacation when the driveway was completed and had no ability to check or review the work while they were here. Rubber tar in the cracks didn’t completely seal the cracks and totally useless when trying to protect during the winter when water will freeze and now expand those cracks. I would not recommend this company.

kyle campbell: These guys did a good job. Very fair and upfront, professional. Price was what I'd expect, it's not a deal but you get what you pay for, it was a fair market price. They always let me know when they were going to be here and were very easy to work with, anything I had issue with they fixed. After trying to get quotes from 6 different places and only getting two quotes back these guys were very punctual and professional compared to everyone else I delt with . Driveway looks great. I would also note the only bad reviews on google are from people who didn't even hire huyser , and were just whining about noise and construction.

Lin Miller: My windows have been rattling since 7:30am cuz they never shut their army of trucks off, which does nothing for the environment, my house smells like deisel fuel, one of the guys takes a nap in my yard, and I have a splitting headache from the beeping on the bobcat. I'm just the neighbor, but not impressed with all the noise and pollution they could eliminate by simply shutting machines off when they aren't using them.

Warren Associates: I would highly recommend Huyser Asphalt and Paving to anyone after having my driveway resurfaced with this company. Kevin and his crew were extremely courteous, professional, and conscientious in their work. They went above and beyond on their final inspection and clean-up, making sure the job was done well. They do each job like they would want their own done. I was very impressed with this company.

Kristie Swan: On my first day home in nearly 2 weeks due to my mother's critical illness and hospitalization I waited over an hour for the owner to show up. When he did, no mask in the middle of a surge. I asked for social distancing and was met with a laugh and wave of the hand. The owner would not communicate with me but would with my husband. The agreed day of service I had taken the day off. He contacted my husband to say they had a flat and would be a bit late. I waited for hours and eventually he got in touch that parts were needed for the truck. The following day they showed up as I was trying to get my dog to the vet. I let them know I needed to exit but they continued pulling in blocking my exit. As I tried to pull out I was met with an argumentative response that he had shown up when he said he would (not true). I had to ask multiple times to be let out as, at that point, I was running late for the appt. Apparently my need to leave was so egregious that he decided not to follow through with the job. As an aside, it was a 40° day after torrential rain left the ground soaked.
