Bryan Sallmen: I switched to ADP 7 years ago when a sales rep came to my office. For 5 years it was great working with Carvin, because he handled all my needs. Now the service is HORRIBLE! I have been on Auto-Pay for 7 years where they take money out as they need it, but for some reason they stopped taking payments from me for fees. I find out by my account get closed the week I have to do payroll. I have talked to the District Manager Multiple times, and he has yet to admit or say sorry for their internal mistake. I had to wire money to them(a small amount at that), and they still the next day haven't opened my account. A lot of families are going to be in real bad shape if I don't get this payroll submitted by 5 pm. The easiest way I can explain my recent experience is that they Really Don't Care! I would not recommend this company to anyone anymore, and am exploring other options.

Keesha Pike: Not impressed. They do not offer customer service to the employees whose checks that they dispense. We need checkstubs to buy our house before the 31st and HR is out of the office at my husbands work until the 2nd. So I tried to call and get assistance and cannot even speak to a representative. I have used all other resources and my husband has no access to his stubs online. So we are basically stuck and about to lose our house because of it.
Great Lakes Recreational Office: Of course we cannot give Zero Stars...STAY AWAY!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! WORST WORST WORST!!!

Jessica Chaney: Customer service is a joke. They just keep sending you from one person to the next and absolutely no one can help you. They keep telling you to go to their web site even after you've told each person at least 3 times that you cannot find what you need on their web site.
Chris Henry: Apps are junk don't waste your time password hardly ever works
Tony Ackerman: Can't speak for this business itself, only the terrible website and app. With that said the app offers no way to see actual current funds and I'm pretty sure my passwords are different for each somehow. The website is always changing. Almost every page has a stupid pop-up with an option "please do not show me this again" but that option doesn't do anything. And now, once again, my password mysteriously stops working but this time there isn't even a password reset option. Save yourself the trouble and don't use ADP and their stupid debit card.Edit: Turns out my login works... if I go to a different login screen, however, nowhere on this site does it allow you to see your current balance. Absolutely awful. If I could this would have 0 stars.

David Jenkins: Unparalleled customer service and professionalism. FlexChecks is always up to date with new information, even in this unstable market where policies and funding programs are constantly emerging. Someone is always available when you need them, even outside of business hours, happy to help in an efficient manner. I thought hiring a payroll company would be complicated, but FlexChecks made it easy and seamless. I HIGHLY recommend you end the hunt for a payroll company and hire FlexChecks.

Reltney Mcfee: If you are joined to computers at the hip, it may....MAY... Work for you. For me, I simply want my....accursed...paystub. Can you contact a human? Evidently, not. Can you navigate the swamp that is the sign in process? Well, uh, no. I am a graduate school educated professional. It shouldn't be so...miserably.. .difficult to get my ....accursed ... Paystub. Yet, it is. Thoroughly unsatisfactory.
