Vien Taliana: I had lips permanent make up 8 months ago. I wanted pink because it would look more natural but the owner advised me to go with the red rose. She insisted that I should follow her professional advise because it would look nice on my skin tone and my lips color so I did. After the treatment, I was horrified with the bright red. The color didn’t fade or soften much even 3 months afterward when I was due for my 1st touch up. At this time, I firmly requested pink even she still tried to talk me out of it. She made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable about my decision. However, she agreed to do my touch up with pink as I originally wanted. I like this pink color this time because it looked softer than the red rose but my lips now have 2 separate colors in some spots. So 8 months later (from the first time that I had my 1st lips treatment). today I came back for my 2nd touch up hoping to get the color of my whole lips blended in and smoothed out my liners. I was surprised that the charged was twice as much as I was told at the time when the appointment was made. She was new at this job so That what happened. However, I wasn’t concerning so much about the price that I had to pay and paid them without complaining. Which was not the reason why I gave her 2stars for the service they provided. I would never forgot how the owner made me feel when I asked her to smooth out 2 spots on my lip liners at the end of my treatment today. She got mad and rudely told me that she had tried her best but she can’t make me happy and I should never come back to her again, I should find someone else who can do it better than her next time. I felt horrible. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that. I paid nearly $750 for my lips permanent make up and took 5 days off work for each of those 3treatments so I look beautiful and don’t have to wear lipstick any more but I ended up with big disappointment and regret. What a waste of time, effort and money and not got the result that I was hoping for..worst yet being treated very bad.. Don’t get me wrong, even I didn’t like how June treated me but I like both 2 of her assistants Karen and the other young girl. They were sweet, caring and professional.

Ashley Forbes: DON"T go here. My eyeliner faded to a blue almost over night and I see migration in the ink....this is VERY VERY bad to have in you skin around your eyes. No ink is regulated by the FDA. So go online and goggle ink migration in the eyeliner area. That's what happening to me. Plus I did not ask for tails or wings or whatever they are. They are UNEVEN!!!!...This looks awful on me. Devastating really. I called "June " the owner back to ask the manufacturer of the ink. She could not tell me!!!! OMG right. Then the second time I called her to see maybe she could find out where the ink came from, she started SCREAMING at me. I'm white with some ugly blue ink around my eyes. Forever!!!!!So I researched how to remove it. NO ONE wants to touch it so close to your eyes!! I found one place in NYC at laser and skin center they can remove in for 1000.00 per treatment. I may need several. Its a 13 hour drive to get there. Plus the hotel and parking. I'm looking at at least 1500.00 per visit to just TRY and rid this horrible look.
