J M: I cannot say enough how much our family appreciates the hard work and care that Mr. Sinas and Kayleigh (and others in their group) provided! Our case was exceptionally complicated in many aspects. My disabled brother (I’m his guardian) was nearly killed in an auto accident as a passenger. It left him with significant lifelong pain and disability issues. Although my brother was in a friend’s insured car, it was incredibly difficult to get an insurance company to pay for anything - because of the complexity of his case and Michigan laws! However that it would not his problem. He made the suggestion. However in his letter to attend he did not tell me there was free parking downstairs 2 hours of parking cost $15 in Grand Rapids. So he is going to suggest they start adding it to their letters to people being invited for mediation.
