The tech sprayed at the same spot for 15 sec and he left after being at my house for 7 minutes. I called the company and they sent a diff guy the next day to respray the whole house. Mike Niz: A very professional and friendly staff member on the initial phone call had us convinced this was the company for us. Other companies refuse to answer questions before charging a couple hundred dollars to do an inspection. GRPC listened to our concerns and identified the issue over the phone and quoted us a very reasonable price for extermination. When Spencer arrived to do the job, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable. No attempt to up-sell us and he was clearly a professional. We really appreciate that he calls when he is 20 minutes away as well. They charged me $150 to place 8 bait blocks in my basement that I already have down there from the hardware store and another $65 to walk around the perimeter of my house to tell me that my plumbing was insulated. The service tech was here for less than 10 minutes. When I went back to check my cameras the day of the spray, I was blown away by the speedy, unprofessional spraying I saw. The total time they were at my house was too short and the areas sprayed were not covered well also a lot of area I could see in the cameras was just not sprayed. I hope they did a better job on the other houses they sprayed, but based on what I saw, I doubt it. We have received good service from them in the past. I’m not sure what changed but I would highly recommend using someone else if you are shopping around.Edit: Chris called and wanted to make it right after he saw the 1 star review. He agreed to come back and respray our yard. He came back promptly and sprayed the back of the yard. Never touched the front. V G: Not very helpful first of all we started off by paying $125 for someone to come out with one can of spray we waited about two weeks we still seeing bugs we call them back and he said oh well it takes a while for all of the bugs to die we waited a month still see bugs call back they said you can't be seeing bugs because this stuff kills the bugs for up to 7 months but they did come out with a sticky trap okay so now we have bugs on the sticky trap call them back to let them know since no one did a follow-up after bringing the sticky trap for over 2 weeks we were told that they will give us a call back haven't heard back from them

They came back out on Tuesday because there was still activity they were out again the same day I made contact with them and didnt charge me because it was a follow up inspection and application of wasp killer.
