Erin Kloostra: Wow! I had the pleasure of working with Fizer Pools last summer. My sand filter was having issues and after hearing positive experiences from other community members, I thought I'd take a chance with them instead of the company I was working with.Communication was top notch, from the office gal to my service technician. Red called before he arrived and he was both professional and helpful while he was here. As luck would have it, I ended up needing my pump replaced (pretty sure one of my kids dropped a screw in the filter while I was cleaning the basket). Since it was nearly the end of the season, I decided to table the issue with my sand filter.They had the necessary part in their truck and it was installed promptly. The price was more than fair, as well.I was so impressed, I decided to ask them to take over opening and closing my pool. It might sound weird, but I'm thankful and excited to have them taking care of my pool. Bring on summer! 🙂

Kelly Wotring: I took my 2020 BMW X5 in to have some rear end damage fixed. I am meticulous with my car and am always leery when taking my car in for any service, including oils changes at the dealership. But, after talking to Jeff, the owner, I felt at ease that my car was in good hands. He showed an honest appreciation for getting my car back to looking new. He treated my car as if it was own.
