Glen Sword: Excellent company. They only hire the best. Everyone works very hard and of course smart. You get back what effort you put in. The company is growing fast which is the result of everyone working well together and giving their best. AAA+++

Robert Stubbs: I was only working here for a month and a half. I was laid off with a 3 day notice due to a halt in production. I was informed that I could return on June 6th. This time I was given a 5 day notice that the date was pushed back until June 13th. I was then informed the 14th that I would be unable to return for an indefinite amount of time.I halted my job search for 3 weeks because I had trust in what this company considers to be a family. Not a single member reached out to me or my agency to update us on what was going on. This was the most disgusting handling of an employee I've seen.Any contract employee, I would look else where. As can be read on another review, there is no respect for these employees.

So I made my question brief. The individual became more frustrated when she could not answer the question then ridiculed me while cutting me off. That was the introduction I got from your company. As a HR professional I was embarrassed as I was treated with disrespect. It was appalling. I left word with "Jill" the HR Manager. Who returned my call indicating she was sitting right next to the recruiter when we spoke. That is false as the recruiter stated her manager was in her office and on another call. Jill did not acknowledge the staff members behavior and left me with the impression she is not going to correct that issue.As the CEO you should be embarrassed of who you have representing your business. You have two untrustworthy individuals in your HR department. I want to make this clear, my call to the recruiter was merely to get clarification regarding the Job Description and was not about my qualifications. A frantic individual with no people skills who belittle outsiders is not an individual I'd have interviewing my prospective candidates. Not to mention, a HR manager who lies to you over the phone. I hope neither of these individuals run your new hire orientation program.The world is already struggling, people like myself who have been trying to get back into the workforce are embarrassed of the predicament we are in.
