Renee Zilka: Very Disappointing. I have used this lab several times with out ever being 100% satisfied. I went to doing my own color and density corrections because they were never consistently accurate. I had left special instructions on more then one occasion that were missed. The most recent mistake caused my account to overdraft and they offered to give me a lab credit when what I needed was the money replaced in my account. My shopping cart showed one total and when I was billed a higher amount and the money was unavailable I was charged a fee by Allied. When I asked that they credit my bank not my customer account with them they said they thought I should be happy with a customer credit. I'm done!!!! I do not recommend. If I had a wallet cutter I would have stopped using them a long time ago!!

Heidi Quellet: When you become a new customer you submit a test print and it they mail back samples on many types of paper so you understand the calibration and results. They give feedback on blacks and flesh tones so you have a good basis to start from. Joy, in customer service, worked with me on some exhibition prints and got them done last minute. Customer service is excellent. Give them a try.

Tom Waterloo: We used Allied and Photo Evo for some large prints for our business, two 5' banners, a plan book from pdf files, and a coffee table style album. The quality was outstanding. People were captivated by the large photos at our show booth. They couldn't keep their hands off the album and plan book. Moreover, we were pushed by a deadline and our own procrastination, and they produced the materials very quickly.

Randy Indish: I have been using Allied for years, trusting them with my most important account. I can't believe some of these negative comments are not the result of poor images in the first place. This is a professional lab. If you are a professional photographer and send in professional quality images, you will get the same in return.

Jake Washington: Very bad expereince here... stay away!!We had a large amount of picture books done throgh them, and the price was high but we went with it. The printing was noticably LOW QUALITY. The end price was also higher than was agreed upon! When brought up at the end the owner was very rude and said there was 'no proof' of that convesration, and that we should have been charged more! We cancelled all future orders... we'll go to Walmart before we go back here.My friend told me to be careful of the owner, and that "she rides to work on a broomstick". Haha Isn't that the truth.

Kristyn LaPres: Their printing is worse than Walmart's. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The prints I received looked like they'd been dipped in red paint. I ordered the same print from 3 other labs and the color was exact to my color profile on my computer. They said it was my fault, um, no. I'm a professional photographer who deals with commercial labs on a daily basis. This is the worst service in both product and customer care that I have ever had.
