Dennis Maloney: On June 5th I visited Alro Plastics Grand Rapids with my PDF's describing some PVC sheets to be cut for a prototype. The sales person was very nice but after some modifications, I did not even receive a quote. My last email to them was a month ago and still no quote.

Javier Jimenez: I worked at Novares as a process technician and I loved my time there. All of the technicians are really friendly and helpful. The supervisors don’t micro manage you and this place encourages learning and stepping out of your comfort zone. I learned a lot while I was working here. People complain about working weekends but weekends are usually slow. On Sundays very few lines are running and you get paid double time. When I told them I found another job everyone was really understanding. The environment here is amazing. As a technician this is a great place to work at and everyone is pleasant to work with. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

This company literally uses people until you ask about benefits or raises second shift is predominantly Asian/immigrants and they don't understand English so anything that's thrown at them they're willing to accept without question. They would send Temps home or end their assignment to have people from Mexico work for a lower wage. Also you can tell a lot about a company through employee morale. Their turnover rate is high because of lack of communication with temp services an HR quitting every few months. Nobody stays unless they've been there for years before the new contract with Novares. And let the record show I was with this company for 6 months no holiday pay no Health Care. And when they did attempt to hire me after finding out I still wasn't getting any holiday pay and Healthcare would be a another 60 days to obtain I turned them down and said I would prefer to be a temp still they fired me because of the questions I asked during my hiring interview even though they ask me did I have any questions.
